I bought a Z series ideapad Lenovo Laptop on 1st April 2013 through cash payment of 44,500 Rs from Lenovo store (Udbhav Info solutions Pvt Ltd.) at Mahagun Metro Mall Vaishali.Sale person at store provided me a acknowledement reciept on the day but didnot gave me the original puchase bill at that time ,he said that tomorrow he will send me bill via email due to some server (technical billing issue). But I didn't recieved any bill from their side on the next day i.e on 2nd april.
So called on 2 nd april and he said that he will give it next day.
On 5th of april I called again in the morning he said that he will send it today ...but didnt recieved it till afternoon. called again at store and another person recieved the call and said that guy is busy with some customer. Called to their headoffice on number [protected] and the lady said that there is some year end closing issue and some issue with their billing system and told me that at this time they can provide me bill for date 31 March 2013. I refused to take that. further she said that they can avail me the bill on monday 8th april.
Called to Lenovo customer care at toll free number[protected]/90 and let them know the issue.but they also not gave me the complaint number and the guys said that they will escalate it to their supervisor and supervisor will talk to their business partner..No proper response from Lenovo India customer care and gave me the Lenovo Registered office number [protected] at Bangalore, called at bangalore RO and they route me to the technical tollfree number. They all are confusing customer and not giving the resolution...
Consumer Care please help me to get the bill
