i just buy the product from you with reddiff shoping with order no - 7440569

black berry strom 9530 RS. 6999 in this case

1] i received an a used piece of black berry phone 9530 but i order an new piece ( you never mentioned that this is used or second piece )

2] i dont have recived the bill and warranty card of this produuct

3] battary back up is only for 3 hour for only this i pay full amount of bill which you told me . . . .

4] mobile phone screen is highly loose ,


so please tell me what will i do now . . . .

i Tired to call Ms. Aarti Satghare and Mr. Rushabh [protected] / [protected]
they don't received my call

NOW I WANT NEED FULL REPLY ON THIS

i want new piece of his product with bill
