Concentrix — Employees are treated as slaves | |||
Hello All, Would like to bring it to the world where in Concentrix Eco-space Bangalore employees are treated as slaves in Lenovo process. - TL’s asks agents to do follow-ups after the shift time (10AM to 7PM IST is shift) which is after 7PM IST - People force to work 6 days a week and 9 hours a day - Whenever you ask for break everything you get the response after this call but there will be number of calls goes still, we don’t get breaks - They always schedule the meeting out of shift hours, and it will go hours - There are people working till 10PM everyday just to follow-up their cases - Whenever we ask for benefits for working / doing follow-up out of shift hours we always get the same response “cases are agents’ responsibility and we have to finish it with no extra benefits” - I have seen many people doing follow-up on weekly off’s - If you ask multiple questions, then there is a standard line “We refer you to HR and they will take actions against you” - I am uploading a e-mail snippet where employee wrote an e-mail but there is no response or action taken against that e-mail. - I would strongly recommend all to NOT to join this company unless you have to choose between suicide or CNX Lenovo support Was this information helpful? | |||
