I tried to get a job with concentrix and I sent $100 to a Derek Reid n I want my money back

I Tried To Get A Job With this company until I had to send them money I sent $100 to a Derek Reid and I would like my money back. I've been scammed outta money n I want it back.

I've put my resignation because of being bullied by a team leader.
I didnot wanted to give resignation however I still had to do it because of the very toxic environment there.
On 25th May my manager called and asked to revoke it and changed my team for my issue.
As I didnot wanted my salary to go on hold and I didnot opted for new job I took my resignation back.
On my salary day it didnot got credited and after few fays all my id's got blocked.
I had to login with someone else's id for 15 days.
I informed about my salary issue to my manager and hr. They said they have raised the ticket and you will receive salary by tomorrow. This false promise kept on going till 21 days and its still going on.
Now My team leader is saying its all my fault because I revoke my resignation all this mess up happened.
I donot have a single penny in my bank account to spend on food even.
After informing this issue I receives some silli reply by my team leader that I will bring yoi dinner.
I am still waiting for my salaryyyy.
If you guys can take strict action on this then please do so.
I want my salary on priority.

Company like concentrix always play cheap tricks when it comes to paying off their employees for their services. I’be served this organization with all my loyality and they provided me 11k as my fnf amount. Follow all the procedure which was ask me to do while my resignation period. They deduct amount of Rs 6032 from my yearly salary and at the end says it was not deducted. As an ex employee I’ve expectation that company should have consider the dedication and as gratitude atleast provided some amount which they have provided to other employees.

My name is "Yubraj Das". I am from kolkata. I have worked in concentrix (DLF)for the Flipkart process for a fixed term of 3 months, and I completed it without any issue. I don't have any amount dues and my performance was good, I don't have absentism but that process got ramped down and I lost the Job.

Now, I have given my interview for the Ola process and cleared all the 5 rounds but suddenly the HR called me and said that my re-hiring status is showing No and I don't know what is the reason for that and the HR told mein to talk to the TL once, so I contacted my previous TL-Indradeep sir and he said that he marked the re-hiring status Yes for me. I don't know the reason why it is showing No, this is not my fault I have done nothing like that or haven't absconded. I have the proper Relieving cum Experience letter with me and I really want to work in concentrix because of the previous experience in the company.

This is my humble request to you, please look into this matter and do the needful for me so that I can join Concentrix and give my best.

I didn't received my salary.I informed about it to every higher officials of concentrix and securitas, but no action has been taken by anybody.Nobody cares about this issue.The bank account which I provided to the securitas for salary has no issue, the bank account is in active condition.So it's a request please help me in getting my salary.

As a previous employee, i was humiliated, ### and harassed by Ben Sinclair, i reported him to HR as did another girl and yet Concentrix along with my TL did absolutely nothing. I am not his first victim and not his last victim to this disgusting behaviour.
When i refused his ### advance outside of work, he made storys up about me that have ruined my rapport with previous work colleagues.

I am outraged that he is still harassing the women in our offices, and will by all means band with these women to get the justice that is him fired.

For the TLs that do not stand up, speak out, and take action against this misogynistic abusive man, shame on you. You do not deserve the leadership roll you have.

Absolutely revolted and suicidal, not because of the stress level or the work load, but because of Ben Sinclair and his ability to keep his job and continue to harass and bully his female colleagues.

I will be reporting against him to the police.
I have been silent long enough.

Bad HR, not paying salary for unused leave, no matter how we discuss with hr, they will have an excuse to pass the buck and bad attitude + impolite to the employees.

I was selected for a content moderator job at Concentrix but the offer team employee Anil Kumar S N behaved rudely during document validation.

I already had heard a lot of negative comments about this company so I decided not to join this company.

The company should take proper action against him, he doesn't know how to behave kindly.

Concentrix is the worst company in this planet specially in India management so damn poor that they don't even behave good with employees.

I have 8months exeperience in CNX But still I has not get experience latter, so please check and do the needful...

I am employed from Dec 2020 to Aug 2021. I just found out that concentrix did not pay my sss contribution. And the SSS account number they sent my contribution is not existing account on their database. There is a negligence of duty on their part because i've check my ema and text stating my complete government account numbers and screenshots on my government accounts. The approver and checker of the sss account did not do her job well. I never change anything from my concentrix profile. I filed a complain against them and loop in all the person i know in concentrix. And it seems like they dont care at all. They always reply that its their rest day and will reply once they got back to work. That is the update i always heard from them. No real updates on my complain.

Now i know that concentrix do not have care for their previous agent.

I was employee of concentrix from June 2019 on 8nov 2021 I resigned but they are not helping me to get my offer letter I spoke to HR sheetal marane she said ahe already wrote to my recruitment team and now she is not responding my calls and massages

This company did not pay my leave even though I worked half of August because . Plus the HR concentrix Tunisia is so correptive . THEY STEAL PEOPLE MOENY and Don't pay them what they worked for. Even for me they did not pay me lots of things when I left because they knew that I'll be moving to another country and can't face them directly to take my money. Please note that im speaking about Concentrix Tunisia. And please whom ever have the power to stop this corruption of the HR department do it because the situation is unbearable

I am a current employee with this company and everyday I consider filing a lawsuit for the amount of Anxiety this job causes me and I feel I am being discriminated against. Training was horrible! Sometimes point are added to my time out of no where, the managers are in professional across the board. They want us to pay attention to things but they don’t. I have been scored on the same bad calls more than once and I feel this is intentional. Right now I am at work and can’t even clock in. There are a bunch of tactics I feel like they are doing to push me out. I was missing correct pay for almost 3 months and I also feel like they steal time from the employees. Hi, I am concerned of the Incentives I was supposed to receive before I separated from the company. I heard the Incentives has been released last month and my former TL have allocated mine to include it in my final pay. Is it still forfeited? I was supposed to receive the incentives before I separated from your company. It should not be forfeited because its release was delayed that I supposed to receive it when I was still working there. Just hoping they would be able to address this matter even though it's kind of possible especially that I am no longer affiliated to the company. And I am about to receive the Final Pay tomorrow not including the incentive, but still hoping I would be able to get that credited to my payroll account on the other releasing date to resolve the issue. Found this kind o[censored]nfair for the employee's side.

This company is worst in supporting. We promised at first we will get support in every case but when the situation arrives they simply do unjustified bad unprofessionalism.
Specially in ranchi site location operation manager sanjeev Mishra is worst manager and even the HR specially vishesh Sharma is not even supportive.

I have given interview and got selected 2 weeks ago, the HR keeps saying he will send the Offer letter. Still he has not sent and doesnt bother to reply calls. What kind of HR s are you hiring, Concentrix? This is for the Flipkart process.

Concentrix, before that I think is a great company, is a global company. Before the interview, I had rehearsed for a week about interview Q & A because I respect this company. As a result, on the day of the interview, I meet an interviewer named ENGENU AUG from the talent acquisition department. He wants me to answer the unreasonable question before starting the interview. After I use 10-second to fill the answer, he said that “ Actually you are failed the assessment and I had to re-submit again. If not, there will be no interview opportunity. ”So meaning that today he no going with me for the interview issue. I replied that I was qualified and all assessments have been a pass. But he kept saying “ YOU ” YOU, ” YOUR answers wrote were like copy and paste only. He didn’t give me any explanation and kept the ordered me to follow. Is he showing me what is call vexatious?

The same assessment, with 2 different solutions, passed last week but failed this week, such an interesting operation. If I were their corporate customer, it would be impossible for me to have business dealings with them, because the solution is changed at any time.

This staff must have gone to work with personal emotions. But think about it, no matter whether it is successful or not, the company has such employees, it may not able to guide me to give full play to my abilities.

I want to work in a progressive company with a more creative member, a company that I could add value to, I could produce a positive return on investment for. BUT Concentrix is NOT what I looking for at the moment.

Finally, I would like to give the ENGENU AUG some suggestions, how to relieve stress and emotions, Please control your mind and reflect on the situation. You need to describe your company’s strengths competencies, company the image is the most important. Not your platform for showing authority.

Put in important dates that I needed off Day 1 Recruitment, followed up, followed up, and followed up some more throughout employment. Get told 3 weeks prior to dates now “it’s isn’t documented.” No can do. I wouldn’t have taken this employment if the dates were an issue, so I had to resign. Only to have the Site Organizer call me now, and CONFIRM I PUT THE DATES IN WHEN I SAID I DID, but still nothing he can do. Joke company that seemed so great, but to train YOUR WORKERS, to own and fix mistakes, they should probably take a note from their own playbook. Advice: 10/10 RUN for the hills. I’ll never get my time back.

I have been looking for job from past few weeks and i got a phone call from one of your requirement team member he talked to me for a while and told me that I'm fumbling and i make gramtical errors . So here the thing the person was not even speaking proper english and he was judging me i just woked up so i thought i won't react with anything and according to me he is noone to judge me or he can't tell me that if I'm good in English so i should join any other mnc like seriously i have worked for cnx the condition weren't this hard i have his number that is +[protected]. Hi, I am going to get married this month I already informed my manager regarding the leaves last month he said he will try to give me leaves at the time of marriage however now they are not providing me leaves and asking me to leave the organisation. I don't have parents i don't have any brother sister i am taking care of myself from last 12 years there is no one in my family who can help me I am totally dependent on jobs and I took a loan for this marriage so that I will pay this while working in Concentrix. But my manager is forcing me to leave the organisation. I am in trouble now as you know it is very difficult to get the job in covid situation and I can not afford to leave the job at this moment however my manager is forcing me to leave. I was just recently invited to attend a job interview at concentrix londonderry uk, for a customer service advisor position, which was arranged through reddot recruitment.in the build-up, to the interview, i was provided with templates explaining the nature of the task ahead of me, where i was able to prepare my self for a questionnaire on my experiences with customer services related issues. I was also provided with full instructions on how to prepare for a customer service advisor scenario.

When i arrived at the concentrix call centre for the interview i was greeted by a man who abruptly showed me to the interview room, i had already introduced my self as george and received no reply at this point, which i thought rather strange. Before the interview began i had to ask the man to introduce himself, he then apologised and stated his name was richard.

When the interview started richard mumble something under his voice about a point system that had to be over 49 or so. I honestly didn't know what he meant or why he was confiding in me about this point system. He then went on to ask some questions like, "can you remember when you ever helped someone." in addition, with other questions on my personal goal in life and things that i hold most close to me.

Each time he asked me a question before i could give him an as an answer, i had to inquire if he wanted to know about my experiences with customer service. Where he insisted that it didn't matter he just needed an answer.

I was also ready and willing to take part in a customer service scenario when richard then asked me "what would i be doing on the floor, on a day to day bases." whereas i explain to him to the best of my knowledge, each action needed to perform specific tasks concerned with a customer service advisory role. He then replied very sarcastically; "that is exactly what you'd be doing."

The interview then ended and i was taken to the front desk and shown the door. Today i would like to make a complaint against richard on the grounds of misconduct and malpractice. Furthermore, i was unsuccessful with the job application but when i enquired into how fair people can be in some other call centres and on the way they carried out their customer service advisor scenarios, i do believe that i have been treated unfairly.

I do qualify for this position and have started a new job search.

I had a salary ac with hdfc bank with account number - [protected] ifsc - hdfc0000929 and they have charged late fee and interest on my account i also called customer care for help but nothing came out from there apart from the same repetitive answer to visit nearest branch, so i visited the nearest branch which is naini, allahabad hdfc and what i got to hear from them is that we cant do anything to help you and you need to visit your home branch so i tried visiting the main branch of hdfc in my city in allahabad and they said that the late fee which shows to be 64, 000 rs is because of you may have had any credit card or loan in the past which is linked to ur account so i informed them that i had one credit card which was from hdfc bank but i already have paid it off and have all the supporting documents for it as well but again no help from hdfc bank employees. So i have decided now to lodge a complaint against them in consumer court so please help me to how to go forward with this.

My name is aswath i wanted change my job for better salary but being an mba post graduate i got into the trap of this cheating by a group of people.

I got message from shine.com regarding one job opportunity and i sent message to them they asked me to submit the documents and i sent scanned copies later they asked me for 1800 deposite to the account mintu jha the a/c [protected] kotak mahindra bank.

I have received calls from 2 numbers regarding this fraud and the numbers are [protected]

The name of this caller was shaalini.

They were telling that the amount would be refunded back but they did not.

Initially they asked to deposite 1800 for first round and for second round again they demanded me 6500 so i denied for that as they did not inform me in the beginning.

But now from yesterday they are not replying nor responding to my calls.

I want this to be stopped and they need to be punished and make sure that these people don't cheat others.

Take strict actions on them.
