Dear sir/mam,

My name is kartar singh and emp id 5031473. I'm an ex employee of this organisation and i re-joined this company on 31st october 2017 and working in wheelz (Uber) and i left this organisation on 6th november 2018. My concern is regarding resignation. I gave my resignation on 6th nov wherein i received resignation letter of 4th oct as my last working day and i returned all the belongings (Headset, emp badge card) on time, but my manager put my resignation earlier and in result of this i've received full and final settlement mail in which they said for experience letter you would bear the penalty of 9, 997 rs. My manager name is ritika rattan who followed this wrong practice and i've tried contacting her number of times but all in vain. Even i contacted the hr team and they do not have any answer to this practice. Even i've got wrong updated doe on my pf account. I've joined a new organisation in chandigarh and i've been asked for my resignation letter and they warned me if i do not provide the same i'll be terminated. So i m requesting u to please just solve the problem otherwise i have to take other necessary against your company. There are many of the people who also suffering this problem. I see my carrier getting ruined by people like manager ritika rattan and amit khandelwal who are misusing their powers and destroying carriers with ease.
