Concentrix — relieving letter is on hold

Hi concentrix leadership,
I am writting this email to you after attempting all my efforts with my leaders, hr with no help what so ever. I would like to explain everything one more time.
I have given my resignation on oct 1, 2019 considering that my last day would be on nov 1, 2019. That time i was under puneet vig's sir team and after few days they moved me to rasila gill"s team. On 30th oct, 2019 gill sir asked me to extend my resignation which took a whole day to convince me to stay or extend. So i extended my resignation till 11th nov, 2019. After that puneet vig'ssir came into the picture and asked me to extend my resignation so with due respect i did what they said on 10th nov, 2019. They treated me as a puppet asking everytime to extend. They both (Puneet and gill sir) asked me not to come office said they will take care of everything. I have already extended my resignation and respect their decisions but they misleaded and misguided me and broke the trust of an employee. On 1st dec, 2019 (My last working day) i handed my id card on my last day in office so that they can submit it to hr. It was shocking to know that rasila gill sir did not submitted it. He handed my id card to one of my colleague. Do you call it professional ?
Again, rasila gill sir called me and requested to extend my resignation till 1 jan, 2020. so on 23rd jan, 2019 i got an email stating that i have to pay rs 12, 324 in which (Rs 300 is added for the id card, because rasila gill did not submitted it) to get a relieving letter wherein i have already served my notice period. If i would extended till 1 jan, 2020 may be the due amt would have been the double of existing amount. i have already did my job but they did'nt. I don't stay with my family and facing financial crises added to which you asking me to pay such a big amount. I mean i have to pay for the services which i have given. Is is how justice done? i called gill and puneet sir many times but they did not help me. Gill sir asked me to reach out to hr sharing her number. I called hr, she said that she is busy and asked me to email. But again after a day or two i got a same email that i have to pay. Misguiding again by saying that hr found your rl in attached email which i send to her. She even did not checked my email thoughly and conveyed a message to gill sir that i already have a rl. So, am i a fool who is fighting for something which i already have.
I called rinee mam (Hr) but she did not pick up. I use to call her every day and she keep on ignoring me. And when they have nothing to say hr comes with policies. This is how concentrix hr's work or may be this is how concentrix works.
In short - (My manager name is rajesh mohanti and i put him in cc but they do not have any answer to this practice. Even the hr team followed this wrong practice and i've tried contacting her number of times but all in vain.
I've joined a new organisation and i've been asked for my resignation letter and they warned me if i do not provide the same i'll be terminated. So i m requesting u to please just solve the problem otherwise i have to take other necessary action against your company. i see my carrier getting ruined by such team leader's who are misusing their powers and destroying carriers with ease.) it's been 3 months i am fighting for it and i will fight for my rights. No one can take away my rights.
I need my relieving letter without paying any money. I did serve my notice. Now all of your employees are covering themsel[censored]nder the policy however at that point of time i did what they said. I urge you to please intervine and help else i will go to labour ministry or hr minister.
