Concentrix — termination from the services

Hi, My name is Rahul Sharma Employee Id[protected]. I am working in Concentrix Bestech location. My department is AT&T NOC. My issue for which I am complaining about is, " I had some Medical Issues for which I was not able to continue with the services". I have informed the same to my Team Lead and HR Spoc. Moreover I have also provided all the supporting medical documents as well.
On 25 July, 2019 I got a message from Concentrix that AOD ( Absence On Duty) has been raised against me effective 25 July 2019, for which I had to report effective 31 July 2019 to avoid termination due to AOD. So, I visited the office on 31 July 2019 and had words with HR Monal Nagpal and Sr Team Lead Samant Kishore. In the discussion they assured me to provide the medical and fitness documents in next two days. They also told me that they will get it verified in further two days of receiving the documents and will inform accordingly regarding my rejoining back to services.

I have shared the Medical and Fitness documents on 3 August 2019 and they revert me on 6 August 2019 that they were not able to access the documents. So, I shared the scan copy of Medical documents again on the very same day i.e 6 August 2019.

On 11 August 2019 I got a formal letter from the company regarding Termination of my services due to UnApproved Absence from Work. Letter states that I was on leave without information for 11 days since 22 July 2019 and recall letter was sent to me on 25 July 2019 for which I haven't provided any information. In this context, they raised a Termination for not providing any supportive information. However, as I stated above of my visit to office on 31 July 2019 is completely contradicting with the actual fact .

In this context of hard time I want Concentrix to help me get out of this situation, as I have provided all the supporting medical and fitness documents whatever they asked me to provide with. According to that they had to inform me my rejoining date after getting it verified from their panel of doctors. But without any genuine reason they just raised a Termination instead of informing regarding my medical documents and rejoining.

So, the way they played with my job and professional career is something they had to think about before Terminating me. So I request Concentix to look into this matter on priority basis and do the needful. Looking forward for a positive response and Employee Centric Investigation being an Employee Centric organization.
