Over the course of the last few weeks I have had several family issues. Due to the circumstances I was unable to contact my employer to report the absence. I was absent over 3 days and no one from Concentrix attempted to contact me to discuss my absence or most importantly check if I was alright. Don’t they have a duty of care for their employees?
On my return to work, no one contacted me to do a return to work so I was unable to discuss this with my employer.
This company is the worst company I have ever worked for, and they shouldn’t be allowed to employ anyone! Was this information helpful? |
