Concernnaukri — Not providing refund and not responding over queries | |||||
I didn't get any invoice from the company regarding my services taken. The contact person told he is calling from naukri.com and this call is related to the recruitment process of Deloitte. For this process some verification they need to do like profile, education, current employment. For this I need to pay a total of 22000 which is completely refundable after the interview. As after taking e-profile service they denied to give any invoice i didn't continue and asked for cancellation. Even after applying for cancellation not getting any response for the refund process. This happened on 6th February 2021 As now its 7th day of waiting for any formal mail regarding services taken. I paid on the website by selecting career-service. My refund amount is 13254. I sent mails on contact info provided over the website but didn’t get any response from the company regarding my queries. The address provided over the website is not a valid address. They are making people as fools...fault number..[protected] fake number
In September they registered for employment in a university for the post of associate professor. They took a lot of money saying it is refundable after the final interview. They have not conducted the final interview and not giving any refund. It is almost four months. They have blocked there incoming calls and their website is also not responsive. They are not replying the mail too. Two contact person as they told their name was Mr. Ajeet Sharma and Mr. Ramesh.

I too faced the same issue faced by neha..
Please request the concern teams to flag this up and reduce the chances of people giving fake promises and earning money in a illegal way.
Also note, naukri team mentioned me to send the screenshot of payment to the above address:
[protected]@deloitte.co.in
But the payment was done to naukriindiapvt.ltd in Phonepe.
Teams please help us to regain the money we invested.
One for creating profile in naukri and other for profile cancellation.
The teams mentioned that profile cancellation will ensure that your profile will be cancelled and all the amount will be refunded.
But they are not giving response after the payment was done.
Do no if fake but it's us who was cheated EOD.some common people.
