Since 20 days I am following up with CRM team but there is no response. I am looking for Unit swapping for D-404 to D-305 and unit is available checked with sales team. I am calling CRM team they dont pick come message busy call you back. Request is not moving as aspected.

Hi, bought a flat in Concorde South scape, it's only less than 8 years old, but i facing a water leakage all over the ceiling, afraid of falling in few months, if the issue is not fixed. I tried to waterproof the roof myself, but waterproofing experts suggests to do for the whole appartment ceiling, I can't afford that. So I need a solution to resolve this issue ASAP..

After i got the car (From the 2nd free service), after two days, a weird creaking noise started coming from inside the bonnet, whenever the gear shifts. I ignored it for a few days, but it was getting worse. Whenever the gear shifted and when the rpm was between 1500 and 2000, the noise became so evident. I took the car to the tata concord showroom on hosur road read dairy circle. Ever since, i have been there 6 times. 2 times even on a single day. They sent me back every time saying that there is no issue with the car. And the manager, one mr. Fayaz, even gave me the following explanation – “madam, small noise is there. But we checked all the regular parts as per protocol. We are not able to identify what the issue is. You please continue driving. When the issue aggravates and the noise becomes unbearable, then it would have affected some other part of the car, which we can see. That time we can rectify the problem”. This happened last saturday (7th feb 2020).

I cannot begin to imagine what level of dumbness did he think i was at.
This is not my first time driving a car or sitting inside a car. If the noise comes while the gear shifts, then isn’t it plain common sense that the gear box needs to be checked (Given that they have checked all the other moving parts)?

Anyway, finally i told them that i need it fixed, the sound is too much. Please note that whenever they sent me back, i had to take a whole round, drive the car for some time and then come back wading through the dairy circle traffic.

As per their instructions, i left my car today at the showroom at 07:00 am. I got a slip which stated that i am the first customer for today. However, i never got a call back or any acknowledgement from the showroom, until i called mr. Fayaz at 12:00pm.

He said, “madam, advisor prashanth kumar will get in touch with you. He is busy with walk-in customers. So we have not checked your car till now”.

I cannot begin to explain my anger and frustration at the callous nature and attitude of the people at the showroom. They just don’t care.

In the mean time i raised a formal complaint against the showroom. Complaint number[protected].

I get a call around 30 minutes later from prashanth kumar saying that, they are checking my car, and only by evening he can tell me what the issue is with the car.

I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated and disappointed i am with the customer service that i have received so far from the tata concord showroom. The people there are callous, irresponsible, and extremely dismissive. I regret that i bought a car which cannot be serviced properly.

After this i was called for joint test drive and they continued to ignore my complaint. They said it was operational noise. I left the vehicle there and came back. After an hour they called and confirmed that they heard the noise and they claim to have changed the clutch kit in a day. I again did the test drive and still continue to get the creaking noise at the same rpm at all gears.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of tata concord motors

I (Shivakumar Thota from Hyderabad City, Telangana State) have purchased a new Tiago XZ+ in the month of October 2019. The mileage inside the city is Just 10 KMPL with AC and the 12 KMPL without AC.

Also, most important, there is a wierd sound that I can hear regularly. I called the dealer to find out why that sound is coming they asked me to bring the vehicle to Tata Concorde Chandanagar. When asked about this they only mention that all these problems will be cleared after the second servicing.

Also they have delivered me a vehicle which has already travelled 108 KMS.

So I have finished my second free servicing and still have the sound problem

I had purchased tata nexon from concorde motors alkapuri hyderabad. Also, the sales team had collected money for fastag in the on road price itself. But, fastag is not activated to my vehicle.

I had submitted documents one month back for refund amount. But, i did not get my money back. No one is responding to my issue as concorde motors showrom is handed over to select motors now

I was in a rented house in concorde napa valley till may 2018. The customer service manager vivek asked me to transfer 10k for getting 47 house ready to be occupied for rent. He didnt agree on many things once money was transferred. I moved out of napa valley, but no money received.. The cheat said the money was used to furnish that house which belonged to some accounts manager gupta of concorde group. At that time i was busy and didn't want to deal with these cheating developers. Any way, i can get back that money?

Concorde Teachrs town layout is a 42 Acres It is the first project launched by Concorde groups on Dommasandra chandapura road before in the year 2000, but they fooled people without BMRDA approval sale all the plot. but now owners currently struggling with No water supply, No Electricity, No securities, No garden maintenance, No Temples, No school, Nothing amenities fulfilled by them even not able to construct house there god help them, but now they have improved like anything Concorde group having project most of the places in Bangalore only because of First project Concorde Teachers town layout, but they have forgotten all these facts...

Concorde group Bangalore is cheats, frauds and threatening. I brought flat in mid-way city and They do not fix your problems or even talk to you nicely. They seriously talk like they are doing you a big favour and forget all about the money you gave them.
My advice for anyone is read other reviews and steer clear of them. They are cheating, defrauding, harrassing, threatening company.
BTW many reviews posted here are so fake! concorde MD sitting and creating accounts and writing them.
and my Advice to Concorde is to shut down business and die! Atleast 1000's of people will be harrassed less.
They have ruined my First Home purchase experience and i curse them all.. if god is there... she will destroy concorde group..

My experience with Concorde group has been very bad. I don't know what world everyone else is living in, but there is a world of problem in this large project. Firstly my experience with marketing team was pleasant and everyone was very helpful and with the loan, I was very very pleased and thought the rest of procedure would be the same too. But the world of late deliveries and "tomorrow" "tomorrow" "tomorrow" started soon after paying the booking amount".

I wanted to register my flat, I paid the registration amount for that but unfortunately this took 2 months to complete and I wanted my ailing grand father to see that I had finally brought a house of my own and make him proud:. He did not however make it that far'. I do not blame concorde for this personal loss but they could have made me register quickly and be done with it?. I did not want possession of incomplete flat obviously..

The next problem I had was the possession and the delay". The project was delayed by over 3 years and this what I am talking about/. Possession date was changed frequently and a lot of promises were made which were not kept up:. I do believe I am not the only one who suffered from, as I was still paying EMI without receiving rent. Hence i was paying EMI and Rent for my current house.

Due to a technicality and some loopholes in the agreement concorde won the case and managed to keep their compensation. Even the law cannot protect you against concorde.

When I finally took possession 3 months ago, there was LOTS of problem with the construction quality and paint peeling, seepage and cross walls to name afew. Everyone tells me it looks so good from outside, but the inside is very very bad. Its a warning to everyone who buys from just looking outside and buying.

My tenants is constantly complaining and I am in the US i cannot do anything but call and find out what has happened to 'warranty' they provide against the quality of the flat. Obviously this is a sham, a fraud, and i've spent more than 2000 rs calling concorde at late nights just to reach the customer service.

In my experience there are lots more options in e-city than concorde manhattans. Its a fraud project and designed exclusively to harrass and torture you mentally. I obviously do not want to release my name or flat number for my safety and my family safety considering how some other ppl have been threatened by the MD personally.

A lot of fake reviews by concorde employees. i highly suggest everyone read a bit more than be fooled by fake reviews and be cheated out of your hard earned money.
They do not pay compensation
They do not fix your problems
They are rude and threatening
Their customer service is really pathetic
Engineers onsite do not help in any circumstances
Lot of leakage, seepage and multi coloured tiles used
They are doing 100% fraud

I had high Hopes when I had bought an Apartment in Concorde Midway City near Electronics City, Bangalore Since the Builders claimed themselves to be in the same league as of Shobha and Mantri. For the least expected of them was an apartment with very good quality though they have taken more than a Year's delay in completing all the work. All amenities are still not completed to 100% even after one year of Delay.
