Concorde Motors — Delay in Delay in Tiago delivery

Hi All,

I have booked TATA TIAGO vechical on 16th April 2016 in Concorde motors, koramagala, near dairy circle, Bangalore.

I have booked this vehicle as its my first anniversary, and im gifting it to my husband so its very special occasion for us.

We were invited to the show room by an executive Mr Bhaskar stating that the vehicle would be delivered on 7th May. So as the sales manager Mr Prabhu has given assurance we have gone for booking immediately. Later we went to store on 3rd May to make down payment and we were shocked to know that the vehicle was not allotted to us, wherein we have planned for tour and booked our package for my anniversary. Store people then stated telling me that there is delay in stock delivery. We were so upset that info was not cascaded to us until and unless we have approached them. All our trip planning went into vein...

My major concern was no body is ready to narrate the fact about the delay in delivery and trying to give all false commitments telling today and tomorrow. We stated running around the showroom n number of times as we were not getting any updates and the sales executive Mr Bhaskar has stopped contacting us.
I didn't find any way and then i have escalated to Customer Care and they have raised a complaint and promised me call back back and followup on the case which didint happen properly and even here i was behind CC asking for updates. Later complaint is close without resolution.

As we were not happy with the service, Mr Papa Rao who is production manager from the showroom assured us that they have a slot coming on 20th or 21st may and said even in that slot vehicle is not allotted to us.I was surprising for us that a customer who has booked after us has got the vehicle allotted and its getting delivered for them on 20th may. Then when have checked there is mismatch by the Sales executive has written its as 21st April as data of booking wherein we has booked it on 16th april and also have done the booking payment of 10K. I thing something went wrong there in the allotment.

We were adamant in the delivery of the vehicle so Mr Papa Rao has told us that he will allot us a vehicle which is in the go-down with all accessories fitted and it is not yet allotted to anybody. So my doubt is that a new vehicle for sale or some display vehicle. As im paying full amount for the vehicle it should have any complaints. So i would like to check the history of the vehicle.

We are not happy with the way TATA has delt with the customer and made us physiologically suffer to the core and spoiling our anniversary day.

We have given grace time till 25th may for the vehicle to get delivered but still im not happy with the way it is going on.

We will be at least convinced if the vehicle is getting delivered before 25th May
