Concorde Motors — wrong dealing or cheat with me

I chetan gosain soldier in indian army. I visited to your concord tata showroom on 10th mar 2019 for exchange of my tata nano xm to tata naxon. There i met your sales officer mr. Yoginder after discussing & test drive i was informed by mr yoginder that my loan will be approved at on road price for model of naxon xe. By next day after discussing & visiting with my wife & my brother in laws it was decided to book naxon xm, again mr yoginder informed me that my loan for the said car will be approved by tata finance at on road price. Hence i paid booking amount of rs 10, 000/- (Ruppes ten thousand only) by my debit card. After 3 days i was informed by mr yoginder that my loan was approved 95 % of ex-showroom price but it was explained by mr yoginder that my loan will be approved at on road price. When i contacted mr yoginder, he denied his previews statement. I also discusses with mr yoginder if i was informed previously for approval of loan on ex showroom i will not be booked the car as it is out if my budged but mr yoginder is not co-operating with me & compile me to accept these proposal. But sorry, now i am not interest to deal with tata vehicles.
