I bought a 3BHK flat in Runwal Garden City, Dombivali, in 2024. I received the flat in June 2025 with numerous issues.
1) The possession process was not smooth.
2) The handover process was terrible.

While Keerika Rao has given me wrong information about the charges part after that sugarcoating words she has given me voucher on on the spot booking at that time she was very quick for the services after loan amount dis no phone calls or reply on msg for any other query .

We had booked a flat in Tower B1 3506, based on false commitment provided by sales team. Later on when we found out issues with land n property which builder also confirmed . I have been following up with the Runwal group Thane (Lands end project) since 13th March 2024 for cancellation and refund of my EOI amount.

1. Mis Saling happen this team from sales team. Flat no B-3704, RUNWAL BLISS KANJUMAGR EAST. When sales team approach me for flat i told them i want west side flat but when possession happen flat seen east facing. I have taken the Passion bcz Emi start that can't afford if the Possession not taken.

2. Sales Team told the Possession on Nov 23 Diwali same not happen I got the Possession in Dec 2023....

Project is extremely huge and good. Sales team is perfect in doing their job nicely. Bt the moment clients get onboarded & tagged to the CRM team for all kinds of communication. Be it raising demand, query, property work discrepancy - the CRM team does nothing! & worse, there is no escalation matrix to report them. Hence, they are so relaxed and keep on continuing their shoddy job. They don't even care abt the cust. Coz no one is there to question them. This will spoil #runwal's status. We dnt need CRM service!
CRM team create fake demand letters & send them as per their wish, they will manipulate bankers to stop disbursement and take their cut from penalty paid by customers, they will make you run and follow up everywhere. #RunwalDombivli

Need the founders to take action on them so that we all property owners shall get relief from their faul services. They are ruining runwal's status

An incident at around 8 pm last night my car was damaged due to no opening of security gate.
Yesterday I was told that the security is not deciding this but society is on asking around in group it was clear that runwal group has decided it.
I pay maintenance charges regularly on time and still they do not see of our convenience.

Security personnel is fighting with me and saying that I am a bad driver and a car...

I visited Runwal Gardens last weekend for site status, I found that only 7th floor has been completed and 8th floor has been started but already 9th floor completion certificate has been sent.

Please clarify otherwise I will complain in consumer court.

I have cancelled my booking I have done at 25 hours life project at maanpada, on 3rd July 2023 but I have not yet received refund against my cancellation.

I have made 1 lakh Rs/ transaction at the time of booking, and expecting the refund of same.

I have been following up with so many people at runwal since the time of my cancellation but there has been no accurate update on my case, and i am still clueless and kept in dark till dat.

i hope someone from team RUNWAL will honestly work on my case and i get my refund asap.
