Runwal Gardens Dombivli East CRM ( Victor's team like Priyanka, Ms Shah) very rude and non cooperative..

Shared misleading information like more TDS amt shared with me... Interest on delayed payment demanding like Robbers

Not allowed to visit my own flat to see even after making full payment...I hv requested my parents comes at place please allow for quick flat visit but very rudely denied.

1) The possession process was not smooth.

While Keerika Rao has given me wrong information about the charges part after that sugarcoating words she has given me voucher on on the spot booking at that time she was very quick for the services after loan amount dis no phone calls or reply on msg for any other query .

About the RM soham Dalvi never calls back never reply on the email...

I am struggling to get any confirmation and specific date of refund from them and everytime when I call them, they say, you will get the refund shortly. It's been 8 months now and no proper communication from them and also the Refund is not received yet.

I hope you have received my last mail, but as usual no action was taken. Because the entire team is so pathetic and God knows who is the builder and architect, they r ruining the entire project not to miss your CRM team.
Three days ago on 24th, I had received a demand letter for 21st and 22nd slab saying 20th slab is casted and 21st is WIP. Then how come today on 27th I received a new demand for 23rd...

1. Mis Saling happen this team from sales team. Flat no B-3704, RUNWAL BLISS KANJUMAGR EAST. When sales team approach me for flat i told them i want west side flat but when possession happen flat seen east facing. I have taken the Passion bcz Emi start that can't afford if the Possession not taken.

2. Sales Team told the Possession on Nov 23 Diwali same not happen I got the Possession in Dec 2023....

An incident at around 8 pm last night my car was damaged due to no opening of security gate.
Yesterday I was told that the security is not deciding this but society is on asking around in group it was clear that runwal group has decided it.
I pay maintenance charges regularly on time and still they do not see of our convenience.

Security personnel is fighting with me and saying that I am a bad driver and a car...

Booked a flat at Runwal Bliss Kanjurmarg in Nov 2020. Was assured that the flat will be delivered by June 2022. Its March 2023 and we still are waiting for Tower A possession. When enquired, I am told that we will get possession by June 2023 due to some external work that needs to be completed. I requested by RM (Priyanka Dudani) if it is possible to visit the site and see the flat but i was told it is not possible due to no entry exit points...

I have booked a flat in Runwal Gardens. I have made all payments on 29 Dec, 2022. As per the CRM 15-20-22 days is required for possession after final payment. But in my case already the process time as per the CRM is passed. We are begging for possession of our own flat from runwal gardens.
