Ive booked an apartment in my city project. Im an nri so im not able to get call them and the person incharge never replies to my email and same is the case with their customer care... The only concern they have is the payment when will they receive thats the only thing they can email about... My installment payment cheque bounced and morr then a month but no one contacted me back saying why the cheque was declined and after sending them email also twice they dont revert back and the nect email i receive from them is the next payment request

The relationship managers are not concerned...

I am very disappointed with the experience i have had with this group so far. Being a customer for 2 years+ now i am informed that there r drastic changes to the original plan for which i have paid a premium price already (Floor rise + terrace) and terrace is not in d plan right now but still i am expected to pay d same price without an increase in flat area. I discussed this with crm team n she said the final layout is not yet ready. While we r waiting for d final plan n discussion with her she sent a demand letter with gst. This d cost we have to pay for being associated with a big name. New customers...

I have booked a flaton 28/05/17 in runwal forest flat no1203. Tower no 1 under20:40:40 scheme at the time of booking i was told by ms rashmi sales
Dept that when ever i want i can change my plan, and also that their
Was price protection that when ever the price was lowered difference

Dear mr. Sandip runwal
I have booked a flat in your runwal my city project dombivali (Horizon project) in b-2 wing 1202, and for that i have paid you 9.5 lac.
Further payment to be given by loan.
But when i applied for loan from tata, i get to know that b-2 wing does not have permission.
So tata refuse to give us a loan.
Your sales team was forcing to do the agreement of that, but as all approval are not placed, i refuse to do agreement.
Hence they cancel the flat and refuse to give my money back.
I have requested your legal person mr. Allwyn to repay...

It is to be stated here that as already mentioned in my early emailed - i had simply signed form at the time of booking of flat for just completing formality. Actually neither i was aware of terms & condition of retuning amount nor your sales executive get me aware of the same. This was responsibility of your sales executive...

I have booked property (Flat) runwal forest mumbai kanjurmarg west. Jan-2014. Prelaunch under construction. Developer agreed possession in june 2018 at at a time of booking. Based on this we have booked the flat and paid booking amount 20% of agreement cost by cheque in jan 2014. Until now we have paid 48% of agreement cost by cheque. Developer issued and signed allotment letter and mentioned possession date aug 2019 in allotment letter

Now i have requirement of bank loan. I asked developer...

Please below copy of email sent to email id mentioned on Runwal website on 14 Feb 2017 and a chaser on 19 Feb 2017 however there has been no acknowledgement.

Dear Sir,

This is with respect to my booking with Runwal Eirene.

I had booked a 1 BHK flat with you on 29 January 2017. This was a special day as we booked the flat with a renowned group like you, however this happiness was short lived.

Post filling the form and paying the token amount the level of customer service dropped drastically.

Even runwal MD Sandeep Runwal has given commitment for possession but after full payment he also denied and demanding extra amount. I don't know what to do but am sure god is there he will punish him...

I am really sad with the quality of work done by Runwal builders at the Ghatkopar project named as The Orchard Residency. As per society there is lot to be done by the developer for the society. It is our hard earned money so we know the value of it. You might be so rich now that you don't care for your customers.

Kindly solve all the problems from all your projects.

Nature is so kind that when it starts to work against you than no one will have the power to stop your downfall....

I had booked a flat in Runwal Greens pinewood at mulund 2010. they made an unlawful demand of 15.8 lakhs surreptitiously inserted, not in the flat cost but in the middle of the agreement at time of registration. luckily i detected in time and refused to sign the agreement in 2014. they have abruptly cancelled my allotment in March 2016 now claiming it was a provisional allotment. this is after i have paid 92 % of the cost. they are big cheats!...

Not premium. Very expensive for a pre-launch. Especially when there possession dates have changed to from later half of 2018 to Aug 2019. A wait for 5 years? 1) Launched in Feb 2014 saying 10 towers (verbal communications by brokers). Later half of 2014 added 2 more towers...tower 11 added in a brochure which again got revised to show a 12th tower. Getting a total number of flats to 1300+. This still was a premium property. Possession date was 2018. 2) Aug2015: Changed the entire plan to 12 towers with 48 floor and 2500+ flats citing new Development Plan (DP) plans by the government which...

Runwal Forest Not premium any more. Pre-launch rates very expensive. Only fools would pick it on Sep 4, 5, 6 2015. 1) Launched in Feb 2014 saying 10 towers. Later half of 2014 added 2 more towers...tower 11 and 12. Getting a total number of flats to 1500. 2) Aug2015: Changed the entire plan to 12 with 48 floor and 2500+ flats plus a BMC BUILDING citing new DP plans by the government. But the new DP would be released in April 2016. So they are delaying the project development. Compared to original plan till Jun 2015...the new plan has MORE THAN DOUBLE the number of flats in a slightly lesser...

We have booked in Runwal Greens Mulund project in June 2010. Ever since the horror story contineus... 1) The Flat size is small than proised in brocheure 2) Even after paying for super build up theya re charging 14 lakh extra 3) The posssession is delayed by almost 1 year 4) The Builder has illegally taken 100% money with still the work going on in project 5) Unetically charging the interest and threatening consumers to pay this hefty interest going in lakhs. 6) Unprofession behaviour by the Runwal executive 7) No response to the queries of consumers. We have never seen this case kind...

I have bought 2.5 BHK in Rosewood in 2010 and was charged for 1300 saleable area. Agreement for sale was executed in 2012 stating only carpet area 787 sq.ft. I received a letter in July-2015 from the builder asking to pay for the increase in carpet area 138 sq.ft extra because of Fungible FSI. They have already charged me on super built-up area of 1300 which includes the utility+flower+deck area and now charging me again? This is totally unacceptable and a deliberate attempt to collect extra amount from genuine customers. Be aware while dealing with builders who are not professional and delay...

I bought 2. 5bhk in oakwood in 2012 and i was charged for 1300 salable area. Today, 7 / 7 / 2015, i received a letter from runwal greens asking me to pay 27l extra because of fungible fsi. They already charged me super built - up and now charging me again for same thing?

This is totally cheating the customer. I would never buy or visit property which belong to builder like runwal. My foot. . .

Horrible builder. I feel like cancelling the booking. They always find way to overcharge customers.

I have all the proof and emails from runwal that they charged...

Hi, I have booked a 2BHK flat in Runwal Greens at Nahur, Mumbai in Sept 2010 and registered in Jun 2011 The area of Balcony, Flower Bed and Utility area was part of the flat and mentioned in the Allotment letter while booking. but the same couldn't have mentioned in Agreement since that wasn't being considering as Carpet area that time. Now the New DR has come related to fungible area and Runwal is charging Rs. 10L extra for all these area. In return, He is going to make a supplementary agreement to just change the carpet area....

Runwal Group — Unreasonable demand on account of development charges

We have purchased underconstruction apartment in Runwal Greens in 2012. The handover of the property is in nov16. To cap the flat cost it was decided and agreed to pay 87% of flat cost and bal on possession. The flat cost is Rs 1.45 crore. We have also paid 87% of other charges (18 months maintenance, club house, society charges, infrastructure charges) which is normally paid on completion. Now builder has sent draft sale agreement and has included Rs 19 lakhs as "development charges". Please advise what are development charges, should it be as high as 13% of flat cost. If you are ever looking for a house from a reputed builder, never put your money in any dreams that Runwal Developers sells. They are a bunch of frauds who think it is their moral right to fleece customers for no fault of theirs.

I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with these non-professional bunch of . All of what you read on their web site and in their brand statement is sheer lip service. They run a service organisation that can be awarded the highest honour any where in the world for their dis-service to the customers.
