Complaint Details: I am filing this complaint against Confident Holidays and Packages for misleading sales practices, misrepresentation, and unauthorized financial transaction of ₹65, 000. On 21st June 2025, I received a call from a representative named Radha (+[protected] stating that I had won the following free gifts: Silver idol or shopping voucher Couple movie tickets ₹15, 000 holiday voucher I was asked to visit their office with my spouse to collect the gifts. Upon reaching the office, I was approached by Yaseen (+[protected] who made several false claims: The company has been operating for over 4 years (official records show it was incorporated only in December 2024). They have tie-ups with many hotels (no hotel list was ever shared, and none are listed on their website). The payment would be on EMI, and we could stop it anytime within 2 years. We were pressured into making a ₹65, 000 payment via credit card. After reaching home and reviewing everything, we realized we had been misled. There is no customer support number, no hotel list, no refund or cancellation policy, and no escalation process on their website. I later visited the office again on a Sunday 20th July, as suggested by Yaseen (+[protected], and spoke to Dixith (+[protected], who promised help. But now no one is answering calls or responding to messages or emails. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution, and I believe this is a clear case of fraud and cheating. Feb 9, 2026 Complaint marked as Resolved Following my complaint filed with the National Consumer Helpline, the company released a partial payment of 29, 500. However, a balance of 29, 000 is still outstanding. I have been following up consistently since November 2025 with no resolution. Despite escalating the matter to the Company Director ([email protected]), the remaining amount has not been paid. Ltd. despite 45-day commitment**Complaint Details:** I had taken a holiday package from **Confident Holidays and Packages Pvt. Ltd.** and made a payment of **₹65, 000** on **21st June 2025**. Later, I requested cancellation, which the company accepted. They sent me an email on **29th August 2025** confirming that my **cancellation was approved** and the **refund process would begin after 45 days (i.e., by 10th October 2025)**. However, even after the promised period has passed, I have **not received the refund**. Their representatives, **Mr. Kushal** and **Mr. Yaseen**, initially assured me that the first installment would be credited soon, but now they are **not responding to calls or messages**.
