I am filing this complaint against Confident Holidays and Packages for misleading sales practices, misrepresentation, and unauthorized financial transaction of ₹65, 000.

On 21st June 2025, I received a call from a representative named Radha (+[protected] stating that I had won the following free gifts:

Silver idol or shopping voucher

Couple movie tickets

₹15, 000 holiday...

I am filing this complaint against Confident Holidays and Packages for misleading sales practices, misrepresentation, and unauthorized financial transaction of ₹65, 000.

On October 21st, I received a call from a representative named seema stating that I had won the following free gifts:

Silver idol or shopping voucher
