I ordered products worth rs 400 and paid online and was told i will receive the products by 15th. I called on the number provided but didnt get any updates as the number is switched off. I want my money back and strict action taken against this site confluenceoftheshopping.com
I have also attached a screenshot of the confirmation sms from them after placing the order.

I ordered a jumpsuit for rs 369 pre paid on 11th may which i have not received yet. There is no tracking details available nor is the website available anymore . It is a fraud website that took prepaid orders from people and now disappeared.

Please look into the issue.

i ordered a top from this site of 200 rupees. i also get confirmation massage but i dont get my delivery this site is totally fake. they fraud the people. i want my money back

Hello everyone...You all can get your money refunded if you were cheated by confluence of the shopping website. Just submit a complain on razorpay which you can find in your mail, since the money transaction was done through this payment site. They will respond . It will take some days but you will get your money. I just got mine. Thanks to razorpay. U can go through https://razorpay.com/support/utm_source=customer_mailer&utm_medium=email&utm_cam...⇄ where you need to raise a request with payment id which you can find in ur mail provided by Team Razorpay during your payment transaction. I hope this will help.
