I ordered one cargo of 449 rupees and received an confirmation call also of getting dat jeans within 10 days and its 1 month passed now but no product is here. No is switched off and no ans of mail received. I have the confirmation msg and screenshot of that order also. It showed only online payment as the option but i have no product with me yet. I need my money back....

As i have orderd from their website n i got a link too i have paid because their is no option for cod thats y... But now it's been more dn 12 days they switched off their contact number n the email also is not surfing... Pls help me. N take a strict action on razorpay too. All are fraud.. Pls help me.
Firstly they sent a number that was enquiry number after that whn i tried to contact them the number became switched off n the website...

I have ordered a saree from this company confluence of the shopping after seeing ad in facebook. They asked for only prepaid payment for the order of rs.399 and i did that. They send message with order no #57582 with expected date of delievery 12-14 days but after waiting for month my order is not delievered.
Company website and customer support is not active now.
Company has cheated many customers and is totally a fake one...

Hello everyone... You all can get your money refunded if you were cheated by confluence of the shopping website. Just submit a complain on razorpay which you can find in your mail, since the money transaction was done through this payment site. They will respond. It will take some days but you will get your money. I just got mine. Thanks to razorpay. I had ordered two t shirts from the website confluence of the shopping through online payment because cod was not available.. But that website is not opening now and it's been 20 days of my order. A total cheat website. I want my money back. They are only alluring people by keeping the cost low and just fooling us. If my complaint is not resolved then many others will suffer from the same issue....

I found this website on facebook and ordered a garment worth 279 which i paid as cod was not available. I received a confirmation sms and e-mail stating that my order would be delivered in 12-13 days. Today it's been 17 days and there is no trace of the company or its website. Totally fraud company looting public. I am attaching screenshots of both the sms and email.

I had ordered 2 items from this website called confluence of shopping. I paid it through my debit card as there was no option available for cod. I got an order confirmation mail and a call as well. The person called me the confirm my purchase. But once they got the money, the website is no longer available. I tried sending them mails but the mail id is deleted and also the number is no longer reachable....

I have an ordered a dress from the online app confluence of the shoping that i have found on facebook. So i order a dresa they want me to do online payment so i did. Ordered clothes worth rs. 850 from this website confluencceoftheshopping.in on 14th of may, 2019. Did online payment and got a conformation of the invoice. However the website is not opening and the customer helpline number is switched off every time it is called. There is no courier details regarding the shipment. A message stating the product will be delivered in 12-14 days came but the website appears to be a fake and is taken down. There...

I had ordered a bunch of ladies clothing around rupees 5000.00. I had no idea that this site is fraud and fake, there was only prepaid payment option available. After that i ordered the same and there showing my order is confirmed. But once they got the money there site is unavailable. That time i suspect that this site is fraud.
Please take strong action against them and force them to return my hard earned money back....

I'm a student and had got not that much money. When i saw this site i was so happy and decided to buy products only from that and a call is received by me they tried to give the delivery date so that i can feel comfortable.
I awaited for my order but had not come even when it take so many time.

I have ordered toppers n paid in advance cz there is no option for COD. And now they have deleted the website nd its showing error. I m literally upset qith this how they show addvertisement on Facebook m make money and later they delete the website. I am literally gonna sue this company...u frauds😠😠

I had paid the amount to the site as cod was not available. They called me and enquired about my purchase and gave me a date of delivery. As today is the date of delivery I called them. But their phone is switched off. At the time of purchase I even saved the link to their site. But now when I'm searching for it, it's nowhere.
