Connect Broadband — Bill payment

I have paid the bill every month and i have paid the bill of 1st January 2016 but the company said i do not paid the bill and they cut the connection . I showed them bill paid Slip but they did not do anything and my connection was on and next month in February the bill comes in double amount and with fine
The Connect Company is doing Fraud with their Coustomers
