[Resolved] Connect Broadband — Non-refund | |||
I have been harassed at the hand of connect broadband Jalandhar. I applied for a connection from Connect Broadband, a person named Kapil - [protected] came to my house and said the connection will be done. He asked for 1550/- + 200/- 1550 is for one month advanced rental and 200 for an affidavit that will be my residence proof. I gave him the money. After 2 hours he called me up and said tomorrow people will come to my place to check the feasibility, if a connection is feasible or not. Oh!! come on dude you took 1750/- from me without even checking the feasibility. I said why did you do that, he that this is a norm. I said ok. After 7 days for harassment, he said a connection is not feasible. He said, the technical guy reported wrongly that a connection is feasible. What the heck!!! Acompany of CLOWNS is it? In these 7 days Mr. Kapil never attended my phone nor does Mr. Technical Head Jalandhar [protected] Mr Kapil and Mr Technical Head are two big culprits, I wish an action.
