Connect Broadband — Regarding upgradation of my broadband plan from Classic 499 plan to Classic 599.

Respected Sir, I am Residence of House no.1139, Sector-67, Mohali. My Connect Phone No. [protected]. I am using this connection from last year. I am started with Classic 499 plan monthly. But from Last month i.e April, 2015 they upgrade my plan from Classic 499 to Classic 599 without any intimation in written or verbly. On my side i am never told them to upgrade my Plan. Now, they send me bill of Rs.661.80. Sir they are making fruad with me everyone. Please do necessary action and give me waiver regarding my bill. Thanks.
