My connect broadband no [protected] is not working since 01.03.2022 . Complaint was registered on same day 11:00 AM . That day was holiday so company refused to take any action. Next day was working day and still complaint was not resolved. Today when called connect office in Ludhiana no :[protected]. Person attending call replied that our technical person are on leave so complaint will not be resolved today. I would like to bring to your kind notice that whenever bill is due, connect executives start calling 3 days before the due date to pay the bill.
