as far as connect is concerned it is not as good as airtel. i earlier being an airtel user in chd have to go for connect in pathankot and here in pathankot connect has a very poor service, i have a 1 mbps connection but seldolmy i get this speed. air tel is not here in pathankot or i wld def hve gone fr it. AIR tel is the best in services and customer relations.
Hi I am Dinesh my phn no is[protected] and i m not receiving my connect bills and i have to go to the connect office to collect my bill and have complained many a times that i m not getting my bills and due to that i m not in a position to pay by due date and connect is charging late payment every time and on my request at times they say your late payment charges are waved off but actually the don't do that as the amount of next bill includes the late payment charges and above all the staff at connect office model town jalandhar does not co-operate at all

Is some one from reliance listening ???
I am reliance internet service user, for last 5 months the company is over charging Rs. 200 per month + service tax.
I lodged a complaint at vashi reliance web world vide complaint no.[protected] on 23.2.10. No one has attended to the complaint till date.
It is needless so mention that attitude of your employees is hostile towards customers.
the matter is not being resolved by reliance and now recovery agents are coming to my home to threaten my family. on my 2nd visit to vashi web world i was informed that sending the gondas for recovery is not in the hand of reliance , there are some people who on their own harrass the clients for so called recovery.now the company additionally have started calling and harrassing me. can you please save me?
i am also receiving harrasment calls from reliance no.[protected] nos of time each day. check how mwny calls were made to me today.i am suppose to lodge a police complaint or can yourhighness resolve the matter?
The current bill i am told is Rs 500.I should get the refund immediately in my bill after adjusting this amount.
can someone from reliance comn. help resolve the issue ?
