I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order #3267741, placed on 05/02/2025 through ElectronicsComp.com.. The full payment of ₹10, 242.99 was successfully processed via Razorpay; however, none of the items—such as the Raspberry Pi 5 (8GB), its accessories, or the official power supply—were ever delivered. Despite this, I have also not received a refund to my original mode of payment. I escalated the issue by lodging grievances through the national consumer helpline (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/) under Grievance Numbers: 6809874 (dated 15/02/2025) and 7071446 (dated 27/04/2025). On both occasions, the company responded with the assurance that “a refund will be issued within 10–12 working days”, yet no refund has ever been credited. also no further support recieved from Consumerhelpline.gov.in Adding to the frustration, the company has since stopped responding to my emails and calls entirely, leaving me feeling ignored and dismissed as a customer. As I am not in a position to pursue a legal battle through the courts, I kindly request your assistance in ensuring I receive the refund amount without further delay. Was this information helpful? |
