"Constflick Technologies Limited" is an e-commerce company that runs its business with the name "ElectronicsComp.com" and has the same website.
I placed an order (#3046921) on 12th September on the website and paid INR 14, 049.87. They accepted the order and promised to deliver the product by 20th September.
But it was not delivered on time. On the customer care helpline(+91-[protected]), they said the product was not in stock and would be back soon. But it did not come by 23rd September, and I requested them to cancel the order on the customer care helpline and by email too( [protected]@electronicscomp.com). They agreed to cancel the order and refund the money in 7-10 working days.
since then, it has been almost one month, and they still have not cancelled the order and have not refunded the money even after calling the customer care helpline multiple times and sending many emails.
Every time, they say the refund will be processed in 3-4 days, but nothing has happened yet. They stopped picking up calls with my number and stopped replying to emails.
