I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against ElectronicsComp.com for two unresolved issues related to my recent purchases and to seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.Pending Refund for Duplicate Transactions:Order ID: 3202906Issue: On June 24, 2024, I experienced two failed transactions for ₹575 each while making a purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past three months, only one of these transactions has been refunded. The refund for the second transaction remains pending despite repeated assurances from ElectronicsComp.com that it would be processed.Missing Items in Delivered Order:Order ID: 3212113Issue: On August 8, 2024, I received an order that was supposed to include 10 items but only contained 8. A note inside the package mentioned that the remaining two items would be delivered within 10 days. It has now been over 20 days, and I have not received the missing items. Despite my request for a refund for the missing items, ElectronicsComp.com has not taken any action.Request for Compensation:Due to the inefficiencies and delays caused by ElectronicsComp.com, I have experienced a loss of daily wage work. I request compensation for the financial impact this situation has caused, in addition to the pending refund and resolution of the missing items issue.I have attached copies of relevant emails and a note included in the package regarding the delayed delivery of the missing items.The unresolved issues have caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. The company's lack of response to my requests is unacceptable. I kindly request the Consumer Cell to intervene and assist in resolving these matters, including the immediate processing of my pending refund, a refund for the missing items, and appropriate compensation for my lost wages.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I placed an order (#3046921) on 12th September on the website and paid INR 14, 049.87. They accepted the order and promised to deliver the product by 20th September.
