Consultant — rsa - service is poor. customer service is poor

As per RSA, they suppose to provide drop to my registered place.
On 4th Nov. 2019 ( Monday ), Customer care, Madurai only called here and there and I got a call from +[protected] at 12.35 pm ) asked the details. and confirmed that he will organize to arrange a car to go to Coimbatore. At 12.44 pm I got a call from +[protected], the taxi fare will be Rs.4000/- he requested me " Can you organize to arrange a taxi - locally and the cost will be Rs. 4000/- ?" I said and OK. Finally I came to Coimbatore. . It was committed as Rs. 4, 000/- for the reimbursement. The service centre people also confirmed that it will be reimbursed. The issue was not completed as the vehicle had not reached to my place. It happened later - that too, I took the vehicle.
The total to be reimbursed to me .
So, far, it has not reimbursed. No response from any of the VW people
