dear sir,
aug 21st my cheque was return (i put collecton in icici bank the chq from kerala coperative bank), at the time i was avail in chennai, i opened the account in trivandrum so i unable to receive the chq, so many times i contact with customer care no to knew the status of chq return but there was no proper response also i directly went to tvm icici office, there was also the same till now i didnt knw the status of that chq whether its deliver or it will in tvm branch so i request you to make arrangements to provide status of tht chq asap

I would like to inform you that I had deposited one cheque No - 126335 , amounting Rs. 31687 / - drawn from ICICI bank on dated 17 / 04 / 2010. Before few days I had checked my A/C statement and found that the amount of the said cheque is deposited in my account on dated 17 / 04 / 2010 and debited on dated 19 / 04 / 2010. I had personaly visited the bank for the inquiry of the above matter. I was answered by the account officer that the cheque is returned due to some technical reason.I had demanded for returningback the returned instrument but not able to get the same.I request you to please arrange to give me the returned cheque so that I can make proper procedure for collection of revalidated cheque from M/S ICICI Bank.
