I purchased a bpl sanyo tv through flipkart and your invoice no. Fabbnr[protected] on 18.02.2018. And this product was repaired. I asked customer care of sanyo they send a person and he told nothing do to. He gave me an estimate slip for repair of rs.12, 000/- i wonder the total tv cost is rs.12, 499/- so, i hereby inform you that if my problem was not cleared in a week, i will file a case on consumer court as responded of you.
