Order ID: OD[protected] – Wardrobe & Wood Box Cot
I write this request mail with much disappointment on both the wardrobe and wood cot. I have ordered this product on 27th Jan 2022, received it on 31st Jan and 2nd Feb respectively. The carpenter technician (Jeevi Consumer Service) have visited the location for installation and has come to knowledge that the wardrobe had a design defect. The woodeb cot, was not in the color and height as expected.
The carpenter is well aware of the defect and despite of the defect still the wardrobe was mounted. The product was unboxed till the carpenter had it opened. When the product is in defect, why has this been mounted? I have raised a refund for the same and it has been rejected, I’m just unclear of the reason.
The wooden cot as described with the colour and Height specifications, did not meet my criteria. For the wooden cot, which has warranty till 30th Jan 2026. I have raised the refund request for the cot as well and still the same was rejected.
I’m bit puzzled here as to know what would be the criteria for refund other than aforementioned reasons for both wardrobe and wooden cot. It’s customers choice to opt for refund of the product has design defect and not suiting the colour and height as expected. I’m clueless of the refund rejection and it isn’t mentioned that for these specific reason the refund will not be initiated. Was this information helpful? |
