We bought a new epson l360 model printer on 16.12.18 and till now it is unregistered by the seller eventhough we tried to register it on epson registration forum but the serial number is not match with the product which we had bought, many times we contact the epson call centre which is in bangalore they also not responding and they said the same reason the serial number was not accepted. We booked the installation call log through by sms, two days left over not an single inrtaction with anybody from epson side. I'm an exisiting customer

      On 14.10.18 the lg fridge 260 ltr was delivered. On 23.10.18 i raised a return and replacement request for lg 260 ltr fridge due to dent on the right side of top door and some issue with inner lining and door noise. Accordingly flipkart also arranged for technical visit to verify the same. The lg technician visited on 24.10.18 and after verification of top door and other issues informed to raise the issue of door with brand and at the most only door may be replaced. Since it seemed a minor issue i cancelled the return on 24.10.18. However t
      On 25.10.18 on closer scrutiny it is observed that there is dent on the body as well in staight line with the dent on the door. This is not clearly visible due to the dark colour of the fridge and hence neither not seen by me earlier nor by the technician. The technician again visited on 25.10.18 and took photo of the dent. It is clear that the flipkart seller has given a dented fridge which is spoiling the reputation of flipkart. I therefore requested flipkart customer support to consider giving me new replacement immediately. However on 27.10.18 called and informed that the seller is only giving refund as the refrigerator is out of stock. I made it clear that i want only new replacement. It seems that the seller is not interested in giving replacement. I therefore request you to instruct seller & flipkart to give new replacement immediately.

        Have purchased hero next 24t 18 speed sprint 24 t mountain cycle on 22.10.2018 via flipkart.

        But sorry to say about my bad experiences which faced during this purchase. The tyres are bulging out while filling air.

        I don't how this type of manufacturing problem occurs from a leading company like hero.

        Seeking positive response from your side for solving this issue. Or otherwise i want to go for other means.

I have called flipkart so many times bt thay says it will be replaced if the technician will come and make report so i hv requested u to send technician as soon as possible and replace it.
            I bought intex via flip kart after 10 days it is not working i called them they said only 10 days for replacement i cheated by this company they lost faith i experience bad situation with the company they earned 5000 by cheating me

                    I bought lg semi automatic washing machine through flipkart.
                    The product details available on the app were incomplete similarly there were no clear image of interior available. So i spoke to flipkart customer care who told me that it's a variant of model no p7559r3fa in 7 kg. Hence i bought the product. Now when it got delivered it didn't had any features as explained by flipkart executive.
                    When i tried to return they rejected my request stating that we delivered the product as per specifications.
                    Now i need help from the seller to refund my money or give me the other model.

The product was delivered on 6th afternoon and after installation find that a horizontal white line visible in the display, the product needs replacement, technician visited my house and repacked the device to pickup easy. But still today, flipkart says that the technician report was not done by the company and the product was not replaced. Do needful immediately.

I asked customer care of sanyo they send a person and he told nothing do to. He gave me an estimate slip for repair of rs.12, 000/- i wonder the total tv cost is rs.12, 499/- so, i hereby inform you that if my problem was not cleared in a week, i will file a case on consumer court as responded of you.

                                I bought a Sony 101.6cm (40 inch) full hd led tv in flipkart and the product was received by me in person from Flipkart HUB at Vanagaram on 05-February-2018 at 6.45 pm since they hadn’t taken my request in change of the delivery address. The product was opened by the hub manager and were noticed that the same was been in damaged condition. Hence i requested the hub manager to resend the product for replacement. He too agreed on this and taken my 32 inch Samsung LCD tv on exchange offer (as per the offer mentioned in the site) and also given acknowledgment for the same. Then the manager had written the delivery chellan as tv display damaged in front of me and got my sign(as delivered damage tv). Then I was informed that he would forward it to the RTO on requesting for another New Sony 40 inch LED TV through mobile app. I didn’t know what happened, suddenly my replacement order had been cancelled without my confirmation on[protected]. With confusion i went to vanagaram hub and met the same person and asked for an explanation. But he said that the product was till with him and will deliver the damage TV to my address and asked me to raise a complaint in customer care so that they will arrange a technical person to visit the tv and they would arrange for a replacement. I did the same and call the customer care on 12 February, 2018 and explained the full story but I was informed that only on19th feb, 2018 the technical person would come to visit the TV. This is making the situation too …. For past 5 years I have being ordering with flipkart but this is my bitter experience I ever had…… Nobody is showing concern in resolving this problem….. Really worst. Will you arrange a technical person or not….. Already its being crossed 13 days……My credit card bill also being generated…..What I will do now? If you are not interested in resolving my issue please cancel my order and refund my amount in full….

                                  I ordered two chhabra lahnga from your online portal (Jabong) which was sold by this seller in jabong. I placed a return request and return both the product on the same package. I got refund only for one product. I tried to get contact of this seller but they didn't provide me information of this seller.

                                  As i have concern regarding this why they didn't inform when they got both of their product back. Should i have not the loyalty concerns of your "consulting rooms private limited"

                                    Time and again you are trying to establish that the fault lies with us for having patronized your organization unknowingly. It is quite ridiculous to even accept the justification of yours as you are in a comfortable saddle having extracted the money from me by selling a substandard product having manufacturing defect which could not last for even 4 months.

                                    For your information, you may note that if the matter is not resolved by your office in a positive note i will have no other alternative but to escalate and take all of you to task for having shaking off your responsibilities. This is simply called taking your customers for a sweet ride and not an ethical business practice from an upcoming company like yours.

                                    I hope your will be able to withstand the amount of negative publicity that i will be forced to do in all media and social circles to tarnish you company's image for having cheated a customer like me for no plausible reasons.

                                      The power key of the mobile handset micromax canvas spark model q 385 is broken within the warranty period.

                                      The mobile micromax q385 as mentioned above was purchased on 16th august 2017 and was sparingly been used. However, suddenly the power key button came out without our knowledge. Since the product was not even 4 months old and it carried a warranty of at least a year the set was taken to the nearest service centre anannaya infotel in kolkata. However, the service personnel straightway refused to replace the power key by saying that the same is broken and charged an amount of rs.550/- for the replacement. Which we had no other alternative but was forced to pay in order to make the phone usable.
