Sir, I have purchased a Samsung TV from Flipkart.

The serial number of TV does not match with the serial number of Invoice provided by Flipkart. So i can't claim my extended warranty. I have raised complain many times. I have been facing problem since one month. So I request you kindly solve my issue by today by 2 pm
