Ordered symphony 55L air cooler from flipkart. it doesn't even cool on 1ft distance. first i tried for refund but i had only replacement option, at first tech visit from jeevi they wrote in remarks as product is good but customer is not happy and cancelled my replacement request. again i opted for replacement and as aconsumer i used jeevi's app to write the remarks as per given options in thier app product was replaced .but this time even worse only hot air from cooler .. and replacement seller is flipkart's fake seller where most are suffering fake, used, damaged products from consulting rooms pvt ltd. when i cross checked seller address its an flipkart warehouse. sonsulting rooms private limited sells products only thru flipkart and most complaints are products from flipkart . this time i got refund option and i opted for it but tech visit was fake .. actual assainged person didnt come coz the communication issues from previous two replacement req. he didnt came coz of that and sent some other and made my refund request to cancel and asking me to contact manufacturer. when fault is in flipkart and with its fake seller why to fool manufacturer .. i want the junk product to return to its warehouse and i want refund. please solve this and if possible proper action and enquriy must be done to save consumers from fakekart's fraud products. (company address is an flipkart warehouse) .i am even providing proof that consulting rooms company is flipkarts sister company instakart warehouse fake seller . check the address in flipkart job openings for warehouse and the seller shipping address. please please save me and every one from flipkart scams
