Hi, i have installed gtpl set top box 12_13 ays before but it's not showing star channels at all an the network also is too poor. The cable operator has not given new box and receipt & he is not coming to check the connection inspite of calling many times, he us not picking our calls. Please help asap, please.
We have asked to take the box and return our money but he is not taking any action.
Please investigate asap.
