[Resolved]  Continental Immigration Consultancy Services — Fraud/ fake company with very bad customer service

Addressed to each and every Continental Member Entity - Job-Seeker Visa Rejection


It is very disheartening to accept the rejection. I've left with no choice but to accept it. I was chasing this dream of getting onsite job opportunities which made me pay 97000 INR but unfortunately my money went up for a toss. I lost the entire amount and I lost the opportunity too. It is a big disappointment for me till date given my dreams and my financial condition.


I clearly mentioned in the attached remonstration letter(address to the German Consulate General) that I disagree with the refusal reason. I never said those things in the interview based on which they rejected my interview. And if they wanted to reject my visa because of this reason, then why did they even took the 45000 DD for verification? Forget about the 45000 DD, why they did even accepted my application for further processing If I had failed the interview at first place? Why they made me pay 4400 INR as the application fee? I contacted German consulate but they are not giving me any positive reply even after remonstration. They keep on saying that they will contact me since it is still under process. I think it is a waste of time.


When I asked them can I re-apply, then they said yes but they will again take one more DD of 45000 INR for document verification!!! I don't understand what is happening here. Why they need to do verification again if they had just done it?


Now, I'm very disappointed with Continental services because of following reasons:


1. 45000 is a mandatory step in the Job seeker visa application. Refer below link:

Also refer German consulate website. Also confirm by calling the German officers at work.


Now I was being told that only if they find there is a problem in the documents, then they will verify. But what I learned from them that it is a mandatory thing to pay!! Again during re-apply, they are going to ask for it.


2. I was never told that I shouldn't talk about Continental during the interview with them because of which it made them think that I'm totally dependent on Continental for a job. How can Continental not tell this thing very loud and clear if this is such an important aspect? Upon repeatedly asking, Continental never gave proper answers to my questions and neither they mentioned such an important aspect of the interview clearly, not even in the Questionnaires.


3. At times, Continental lied to me. Even when there was a date available for the interview, still I was being told that there is no date available. There are dates available so frequently but Continental made me wait for 2 months for the interview and they lied about the dates even upon been asked to book a slot during re-apply.


4. Continental promised me that I'll get visa and a job in just three months, but it never happened.


5. Continental told me the wrong amount of DD. It is not 4300, it is 4400. I had to run like a dog here and there during the interview time to make a DD again with time constraints!! Again, thanks to Continental services.


I'm so very disappointed and feel cheated from both the sides.


My financial condition is not good and despite I paid 97000 INR. My dream got shattered. I've remonstrated to the German consulate and I'll not keep quiet. I request you to please pay me my money back, if not full repayment, then at least pay me the money after deducting your processing fees. Trust me Continental never did put a decent effort in my application. It is me who did all the work!! Lately, I learned Continental Services are not required at all if you want to apply for a German Visa because one can do everything on its own using the German website!!!


Your contract is breached from your side because of all the above points. Hence, I politely ask my money back from Continental. My money is very important for me. I cannot afford such loss. I'll not even tolerate money loss and lost opportunity. Please don't make me ask for my money again!!!

i am Akash, i too had called the consultancy regarding job at Germany, The contact person had asked me to pay registration fees after which they would be starting the visa process, But on the job they don't disclose any thing like about company name, any people placed by them before or 100 percent assurance for job .The fees the ask is 30000 Rs
Please anybody if in same boat like me please share your views as to how reliable are these

I dont know Mr harpreet why you are saying bad things but i am really glad that i got this consultancy.And guys none of the company can give you isa .they promised for compelte assistance only.

I have Applied FSW-Canada through Continental immigration, my file got rejected by immigration office Sydney, because of the incapable skill and the Documentation Work done by their employees, because of this, I lost 2 years and more money as well. Worst servie.they are not trust worthy to believe.

Please don't take a wrong step by taking the help of continental immigration consultancies, because the staff are inexperienced & irresponsible. So inquire all the details & then decide to pay the money, because once you pay you have to be back of them to find out all the details but till then they`ll be back asking you that the vacancies are about to finish, so if you have more money use it for some good purpose instead of feeding the useless continental group. So this is how our India is still a developing country & it`ll be the same unless people who earn money by cheating others are punished.

i started my process with CONTINENTAL IMMIGRATION for Express entry Canada. My files has reached to EOI stage very comfortably with the help of these people and they have very clearly told me all the stages with a note that they are not giving any kind of job as its a consultancy not recruitment company, so stop blaming the company unnecessarily as they made themselves clear at the very 1st stage of counselling

Coming to your point Mr Avinash yes everything is written in German embassy website but for job assistance you need someone’s help . They never told me that they give 100% job or visa. They take amount for consultation for visa . It’s so obvious no company can give you visa . if you have rejection that doesn’t mean embassy and company is fraud.I will advice you that do not believe on my words or any review you can go and check our visa approval which is a real proof.First of all I really want to thank Continental immigration for helping me out in the immigration process. When I called them I was confused which country will be suitable for my profile . They suggested me for the Germany country . Me and my 4 friends have applied through them and we have received the visa approval and will be flying after 1 week . They assisted me in every way they can do .If anyone wants to apply through them I will suggest them to go for it . Having negative reviews doesn’t mean that the company is fraud. Every company has positive and negative reviews . Negative reviews can be done by the competitor as well . We also after reading reviews were confused to apply from here or not but later on we are so much thankful to them .

Never ever try to apply through this agency. This is totally fraud agency and behaviour is so so cheap of all the employees. I have got cheated through this agency. They never pass complete information and get a contract signed about non refundable application amount. The moment you transfer the applications amount the behaviour will change to you and you will come to know the actual information. Same thing has happened to me and to my friend. We have applied for GermanVisa. But when I have transferred the amount I came to know the real picture that I am actually not even eligible to apply . So please never ever go to this agency neither transfer any amount as application fee. .

Yes this company is fraud .it cheats the client don't go though this mail or phone calls from this company.

Continental Immigration Consultancy Services are fraud. We applied for visitor visa with them and wasted Rs20, 000. They assured us that we will get visa however didn't happen. They also advise for preparing fake documents to finish paperwork. Their policy is to get paperwork done by hook or crook and rest depends on luck ( that's what they say) BIG LIERS AND FRAUD. Don't waste your money and time.

i have applied for the Germany immigration (Job seeker visa) Firstly, these people do not share correct information about the process. They are more keen to giving you Job seeker visa which in itself is of no use as it is valid only for 6 months and does not assure you of any kind of immigration in Germany. i hv deposited what they required in Feb. 2016. case manager were left the job & other person did not pay any attantion on my case.finally they told me to move canada whis was not excepted by me. very dissapointing at all...neither they return my money nor they are processing.
