Fraud company. These people quoted us a price and said the rate included gst, so we said ok and transferred a booking amount. They were supposed to come at 11 am. Later on the day we were supposed to shift, we were following up since 11 am and they said they were coming. Later at 2 pm they said their truck broke down. Then at 4 they said another truck has left nigdi but that got lost (Even though the location and the exact address was shared beforehand). This charade continued till 9 pm and they continued saying that they are on their way. Frustrated with the whole situation and owing to the time, we finally told them to come the next day at 8 am. The next day the same guy who shared the quote (Identified by true caller) called at 10.30 and said he was someone else and asked for more money to shift.
All in all it was a pathetic experience dealing with them. We missed our deadline to shift and eventually had to pay our landlord extra coz we couldn't shift in time.
