Recently used their service for domestic transport of household goods from pune to ahmedabad. Highly unprofessional. They actually don't know how to pack. And they definitely don't know how to transport it safely. Destroyed our front load washing machine (Door broken), dishwasher - dent on sides with a broken door, entire crockery box broken. The severity of their incompetence was so high that they tore opened the steam mop so that it could fit in the box.
Tried claiming insurance (Premium paid), but they have stopped responding to calls. Was this information helpful? |
