I have asked for generation o[censored]AN number many time, but was not provided any help

I have worked in Convergys India at Gurugram from the year 2001 to 2003. Few months ago, I have sent a request for PF claim. I received an e-mail from HR assist team of Convergys with few details and asked by them to visit the Convergys Gurugram office. I am residing in Chandigarh currently and have a family to take care off. I am unable to visit Gurugram office. I have requested HR assist team to share the contact details of concerened person who can guide me to submit the PF Claim but they simply denied by saying that they cannot share the details of concerened person, not even their e-mail. Kindly help me in submitting my PF claim which is long due.

My employee id was[protected]. I no longer have access to my ICICI bank a/c. I updated my new and currently active bank a/c number which is a kotak bank's a/c on epfo website. It been a long time now but Convergys HR department is not approving my request. Their email id [protected]@convergys.com is also not functional anymore.

Hi, I am an ex-employee of Convergys (which is now acquired by Concentrix) who worked from 04th May 2009 till 01st April 2010. I need "Roles and Responsibilities" on the company letterhead to pursue a relocation opportunity. I sent an email to concentrix.[protected]@concentrix.com. I got a response from them on Nov 03rd, stating that I will get a response soon and to date no response. I understand that some delay is expected as per their busy schedule, raising here as I need this document as soon as possible and this might help to move in right channel.

I am trying but unable to connect to convergys india payroll. I am an ex employee and have requested for a PF transfer in the UAN portal. But my present employer requires the annexure K from the previous employer which was convergys. I have left convergys in 2017. How do i connect regarding this.

Now I try to check my pf account through online.i cannot login
I try to reset but otp goes to my registered old mobile number which not available as well as cannot reset through Aadhaar

I, Parvinder Virk, worked in Convergys Gurgaon from 2002 to 2003. I tried finding the details online but couldnt find anything for Convergys in 2002, they have listed the PF information on EPFO from 2017 onwards. Can someone please help me sort this out.

I've requested for a pf transfer from convergys to my current employer Fenesta Building Systems PVT LTD on 18th Dec 2020 and my current employer has confirmed that the request has been processed from their end, ever since it is pending with convergys, my pf has not been transferred/credited yet and there is no notification, it's been more than 3 months now.

Also, it's been more than 2 years i've left convergys and I've heard the company has moved. Currently i don't have information about the contact details of convergys.

Hello all,

My company name is Convergys india service Pvt Ltd.
I had a of account with them and still working with them.

The salary account which was updated before..I no longer use.
I added a new bank account and kyc was updated for that.
I then filed claim for advance of withdrawal and entered the new account and verified then added the other details. My claim was settled and recived message stating the same. I downloaded the claim form and that also have me the account in which the money was supposed to be credited. That was the same exact bank account which I added and wanted the money to come to.

After so many days I didn't recieve the money so filed grievance
They replied stating the bank account mismatch.
Everything is correct the bank account IFSC, my name dad name my date of birth...I don't know what to say now.

Tried contacting all number which I could get but no help anywhere.
Writing it here so that someone can help

Hi my name is suman singha and have joined concentrix on 09/06/2020 and concentrix separated me on 29/06/2020 due to bgv issue which was not even my fault, my documents was not online in college website and so i requested them to visit university but due to lockdown university was closed and they separated me. Anyways that is not my issue.

My concern is concentrix has created my pf number (Gnggn[protected] where i have linked my uan number and transfer my old company pf amount as per govt protocol, however i checked today 02/08/2020 in epfo site epfo amount is not deposited till now for one month.

My name is vinayak. I am ex employee of convergys thane and worked for almost 3 years feb 2015- jan 2018.

Worked for optus process and to be honest, the management was bad. If there was a business reason to lay off employees, they would put unnecessary blames to demote and enforcing employee to leave. I had left the organisation for this reason and now struggling to get my releiving.

I got a gap in my resume which is affecting my career. I had contacted hr multiple times but got no proper response about my relieving.

The letter convergys gives is just plain text that this guy worked with this company and we wish him good luck in future. This does not suffice the work i have done for 3 years. Seems convergys has been acquired by another company name concnetrix and i am not able to reach the hr to contact them.
