Hi team, i worked with convergys india, pune, from 21 january 2014 till 14 september 2015. I resigned and served notice for 3 days and as i had join another company, i paid rs. 21000 approx. To buy out my remaining notice period. I resigned because the process was about to ramp down and it would have gone at anytime. Now, when i am joining anlther companies, my background verification is failing as convergys india shows my remark as negative...

I worked in convergys india pvt limited in 2011 for six months.

process : microsoft (pc safety track)
Process ramped down and we got the notification of termination of services from convergys side.attached is the snippet for reference.
I dint got any experience letter and relieving letter from convergys.
I am joining in new organisation and require the above documents .

Hello sir, my brother was working in your convergys india services pvt. Ltd, gurgaon, emp no.[protected] who died on 10/12/2017.
I have claimed for the pf of "bijay rai", uan no.[protected], in the year of 2018.
And submitted all the relevant documents including form-20 to your company mail address ([protected]@barclay.com) but still now the claim was not settled.

Convergys india especially netapp process management is following a trend by terminating employees in bunches for # reasons and not providing the relieving letter which hampering the employees career.

When there is a business reason to lay off employees, they follow this trick by enforcing unnecessary and unacceptable blame on the employees and terminating them.

Hello,
I need to know where and who do i contact for my pf withdrawal.
I worked for convergys thane from[protected].
I was abroad and have come back to india since sept 2018.
I wish to withdraw the my pf.
I did go to the g-corp thane office and i came to know that its been change to concentrix. However i did not get any reply for how to go ahead with my pf withdrawal with convergys.

This is probably the 100th times i'm writing complaints regarding my issue nobody respond tls hrs no one is willing to help i wonder why is it so hard to payout and why is it so easy to make people worked like robots while they were in the company? Is this fair? I truly regret joining this horrible company i never thought it would turn out this way... Now i know! I worked hard for money earned alot of ot for myself on the last working month...

Its been more 45th day from leaving the company and nothing has been email to me i was told that i would received my experience letter in my email within 45days of leaving the company.. Where the hell is it? And i was asked to worked like an animal on the last month of my notice period i worked for more than 13hrs everyday spoiling my health and i'm having a huge health problem now, after all not receiving the ot that i earned for myself?...

I was not given a proper information before leaving the company and was forced to work overtime more than 12hrs even... On the second month of my notice period so i gave a lot of overtime thinking that i would receive money for that i even spoiled my health because of this company, all i got was 8500 on the 45th day of leaving the company which was not even my basic salary and what about the overtime i earned for myself? Where did it go?...

I had requested for my pf withdrawal back in 2015.
After 6 months i got a call to submit my pan card, i did the same. Hiwever, i got no reply since then. I have visited convergys thane quite a number of times since then, but no revert

I am trilochana bharadwaj writing to seek your help in my pf transfer issue. I'm an ex convergys employye, my emp id was[protected] .
I've requested for a pf transfer from convergys my current employer hcl technologies in june, 2017 and my current employer has confirmed that the request has been processed from their end in 8th aug'17, ever since it is pending with convergys, my pf has not been transferred/credited...

This was not expected from such company. Hr is of no use. You can see every one has the same complaint that there pf is not clear and f&f is not clear.

I have been an employee with convergys thane, maharashtra from last week of may to 2nd week of august. Due to a serious reason i had to leave convergys and the reason is well known to my tl. As per his words i left. I did not abscond. My tl told me that he will send the termination letter to my home. It has been more than 50 days nor i haven't received termination letter and also the f&f dues.

I asked for the pf no from them and then the pf no provided by them says does not belong to any member on the EPFO site and now I want to transferr that PF into ny current UAN. I have worked with convergys india from july 2011 to december 2016 and i have applied for my pf in september 2017. As per the time quoted by convergys india, i have waited for 3-6 months to get my claim settled.

In march, 2018, i contacted the hr team pune regarding the status of my claim. They informed me that the claim is forwarded to gurgaon pf office and it will be settled in sometime. Again, i waited...

Convergys is a fraud company. The company wants us to work for 14 hours including transport. I have not yet received any settlement for my work days over there. This is very frustrating. Please do not join convergys. I informed my TL that I am sick and will not be able to come. Still he terminated me saying as he was not informed thank god I have sent him a message which happens to become a proof. I am very much disappointed by convergys....
