Its more than 2 years, till now no one responded back or called me for any clarification.
Dear Sir / Ma’am,
My name is Swati shukla (emp id[protected], I am from U.P, India and my father is a normal teacher.
Why i am telling you the above story, just because to give some small info. about my father that he tried his level best to get me settled in my career.
So first I worked for HCL more than 17 months then started working with HDB Financial services for approx 9 Months.
Due to some medical issues I resigned from that Job, then after complete medication i decided to start a new job, Few friends suggested me to join CONVERGYS where u can get the complete job satisfaction, Completed the entire interview process at your Premises (Sector-48, Sohna Road, Bestech Business Tower, Gurugram, Haryana 122001) At the time of signing Offer letter I met Ms. Manisha, she said there is no such requirement to mention 2 company experience on Convergys joining papers, I did the same.
First, joining date on papers given was 19-july-2018. When reached on 19th, Mr. Rudrik from HR department said joining date is extended and we forgot to inform about the date change, travelled from Meerut to Convergys (Approx.106 Km-Spent 4 Hrs in travelling) then on Aug first week one of my colleague tried to enquire about the Joining date then Ms. Divya Khurana quoted someone will follow-up with you, then Mr. Rudrik called and informed expected joining is from Aug last week.
Officially Joined Convergys on 30-Aug-18 but didn’t provided any updated letter regarding the same and went for the product training process.
On 24-sep-18, randomly a Lady from HR & BGV team name- Ms.Monal Nagpal & Ms.Sharmin Ahemed came and called me for ONE-O-ONE conversation, proactively said sign your resignation immediately without any explanation, I came inside the room and informed my trainer Mrs. Pooja Gulati she tried to interfere in the matter then Ms Monal said you don’t get into this otherwise you will also face the trouble. Then I requested a lot Ms Monal to give me a some time to get clarity on this from HCL but she refused very rudely and asked me sign the resignation letter, she said we cannot keep you in the system as your BGV verification is Red. Then her colleagues said, ” Don’t know she worked for HCL or not, maybe she is fake and making false statements”. I requested multiple times but she denied and took me to the meeting room and forcefully and rudely given me a paper to resign then again my trainer came and said give her some time to prove her credibility but again Ms. Nagpal denied. when enquired about my salary then said after 45 days u will be paid completely, again my Trainer tried to help me only 4 days are remaining so please try not to hold her salary but again Ms. Nagpal said very very rudely to the trainer” Do not interfere in this matter”.
Under pressure, I wrote on resignation paper, Due to my background verification in RED status I resign from my current designation.
Now today (25-Sep-18) visited HCL and enquired with HCL FnF department (Address-HCL sector-3, A9, Noida, UP) then executive Ms. Vaishali explained that entire HR department is changed so old all data was not recoverable so they didn’t replied on mail, At last she provide my experience letter on mail as well as hard copy.
So my heartly request is only and only to give my joining back and please go with the BGV process once more.
