Hi team,

I am unable to claim my pf on your epfo website as its gives me error message saying "aadhaar is not authenticated from uidai. Please authenticate your aadhaar by visiting nearest epfo office".
I have my aadhar, pan card & bank account properly updated on the website site but still not sure why i am getting this error. Also, my profile details are properly updated.

My name is registered as jerson rodrigues (Without my middle name francis) on my pan card and on your epfo website. But is different on my aadhar as it contains my full name with my middle name as jerson francis rodrigues.

Can this be the mistake cause of which i am getting the above error?

Please suggest what to do as i have already checked with my company (Employer) who says everything is correct from their side.

I am on a verge of finishing of my medical commitments with this money which i cannot withdraw.

Please reply back as soon as possible.

Hi Thanks for writing to us, please note that there is mismatch in your name in UAN Versus Aadhaar, hence i would request you to please correct your name in Aadhaar then initiate the same or else you can apply the withdrawal manually.

for manual withdrawal of PF, please reach out to your HRSPOC.

Convergys is one of the worst company to work with. Highly non ethical company who themselves need to be trained before getting into workforce.

I have had a very bad experience from the day i resigned from the organization. They do not accept resignation on time, neither they will start the formalities.

Its been 4 months, i quit the company & facing an issue on pf withdrawal. They do not guide us nor provide any information. Each & every time the hr keeps post poning saying its not my piece of job hence will transfer it to my co-worker.
Hr managers are one such useless people who does not respond to calls.
Their hr assist team has got the worst service ever.

I have worked in Convergys India Services Private Limited for 1.9 years and my employee ID is[protected]. They terminated me without any investigation and they didn't provide releiving as well. Team leaders and Managers were involved in that and they terminated us to save their job. Since I was on junior level, nobody helped us. I contacted to Hr and higher management, I requested and begged to them to get releiving, however they denied. I am about to loose my current job as well, just because of their negative feedback. I am about to loose my job and life just because of them. Please take serious action against such type of organization and informed them that they stop playing with the career of employees.

Updated by ajay_mishraaa It seems that they are not interested to help me. Now I am planning to raise a complain in consumer court and labour court. I will send them legal notice now because this type of behavior is not acceptable.

I have already lost my job just because of their negative feedback.

I am ex-employee of convergys with employee id:[protected], pf number: hrggn[protected]. I have contacted spok kumar for my pf withdrawal procedure to submit my application and have submitted my application. I received confirmation call from him on 04-jan-2017 he has processed my pf application and asked me to wait for 45-60 days. Its more than 60 days now. I have not received pf yet, i contacted the pf spoke and asked me to write an email to "hrassist. [protected]@convergys.com" team who never responded to me. I had to contact spok again and later am not getting any response from any team. I have no clue what is going on and they are not letting me know turn around time frame to settle my pf.

I have been an employee with Convergys, Pune from June 30 2015 to Jan 25 2016. After 2 months (standard cooling off period) I started with the procedure to obtain my experience letter as well as withdraw my PF from the company. This was firstly compounded by the fact that the company had, in the past, refused to give me my salary slip from October 2015 onward, stating that there has been a change in the online portal that handles the sending of the salary slip emails. Same is the case with my experience letter. Was told by the company to send an email to "[protected]@convergysindia.com" for my experience letter. On sending the email to this site, i received their response stating "Please meet your concerned HR business partner". On conveying both these pieces of information to the HR department of the company, all i have got from them is a curt "we'll look into it and get back to you". That's it. For past 10 months, all that i have received is false promises. Additionally, on the official UAN website, the only amount info in the passbook is that of my previous place of employment.

I actually applied for customer service rep job..bt i din knew in voice process only maths vl be considered.. Yes only people who r genius in maths vl be given first preference.. I just don understand y the hell dis [censored]ers vl only mention minimum criteria is good command over English.. Bloody unethical cultured people.. I wasted ma whole day jus to get rejected by dose people..plz don go for the interview unless you're a genius in maths.. Full of crap n unprofessional people

I have submitted PF transfer claim few months back and as per my present company my previous employee Convergys are not initiating PF transfer to my present company.

I have send them so many emails but there is no proper action taken against them.

I have seen this company turning to a peice of [censored] in last 15 months.
They treat you like Slaves there. They will implement a policy in a back date and will say, we dont need to inform u if we have to make any change. Managers are taking over wf job on the floor and they make people work continuously for 6, 7 hours.. In last 6 months, they have developed an environment where someone even has to ask permission to go for a pee as well. They tell u that we have culture of addressing evryone by their frst name but on the floor it's opposite. People are doing Sir, Sir all the time. Management sometimes dont even let people have their dinner because they have overflowing ng chats. I worked in uverse voice and now working in chat since jan 2016 as voice was shut down. The environment in chat is even worse than any third class domestic bpo. They tell u in training that its no english speaking zone.. Earlier there used to be fine for 50inr if soneone speaks in hindi but in chat, nobody speaks english. They converse in hindi and native language and TLs abuses their agents in so many ways that someone cannt imagine. I resigned on 3rd september 2016 and on 5 sep 2016, they changed policy of notice period from 1 to 2 months and surprise was that they implemented that from 1st september... How can that happen, i m still wondering.. No one was told about that change before 5th and if we were informed, i woyld not had taken job anywhere.. But when i asked HR, she said, we don't need to tell u about policy change. This shows what we are to them.. I[censored] tell them that u are having issues, then it will back fire at u.. I used to be exceptionally well in terms of scores. My scores are still unbeatable except login hours as i dont feel like working there and i am not comfortable for slavery... This environment may be good for slaves but i m not one of them. This environment demotivated me so much that i am not willing to work ij convergys for even one day.. I am about to leave in a week and still in system.. After giving 15 months, i got appraisal of 200 rs. Per month... Cmony has no explanation for that.. There are at least 20 more like me.. Whereas, some people got appraisal of 8000 rs after 3 months of joining cmpny.. Salary is inconsistent.. We had to wait for this [censored] slap on the face appraisal fpr 2 months. It was due to be credited on july 1 but it got credited on september 3rd.. Some people are still awaiting... They are so good in cost cutting that everyday we have to make at leat 10 calls to faculty to turn on the AC. A microwave is stopped in cafeteria which is only one at the entire floor and it has been 40 days, conpany has not yet got an Approval to get that repaired.. If someone wants to know more, , they can ask in comments. I have at least 10 more people who are harrased in same ways and different and we are hoping this reaches to convergys headquarters anyhow.. This company disgusted us...

Can a HR terminate the employees for not acknowledging something which they don't agree with? I recently joined Convergys, Gurgaon and I was on PST training period.

My trainer Mr. Ronald Raj Dutt, shouted at me and insulted me in front of our entire batch just because I asked him for a help to set my monitor since it was not working. Before that, in the morning also, I asked him for help regarding my cab since I was not getting cab for 2 days. Then also, he disconnected my call and shouted at me for that when I entered inside the training room.

I did not say anything, just asked him to talk normally. Can't he talk to us like a human? He talks to us as if we are some dogs, not a human. He doesn't have any professionalism. Everytime, instead of teaching us, he would just threaten us that how powerful he is and how he has that ability to terminate anyone whenever he wants.

Later, his boss (the training manager) called me and again, she was shouting at me on top of her voice. She was more annoying than her subordinate Mr. Ronald. She literally was abusing me. For what, I was still wondering. She did not even let me speak a single word and I was like, a small puppy, in front of them.

After that, I have been asked to acknowledge a CAP which stated something I didn't do. I completely denied to acknowledge the CAP because I did none of them mentioned in the CAP. I just asked for help regarding my system and cab.

I then cleared everything regarding that with the Senior HR and she agreed to write what exactly had happened. Everything had happened in front of the entire training batch so neither I could lie nor could he. I told her everything and they investigated on that issue as well.

But then again, a man who claims himself to be my HR (but he is actually an HR), didn't buy it. After 2 days, he called me to his office (twice), let me sat beside him and asked me to acknowledge whatever he has written on the CAP and when I refused it, he shouted and yelled at me the same (why can't these people talk normally?). Whatever written there on CAP was all a fake allegation and so, I couldn't acknowledge something which I haven't done, right? Finally, he asked me to leave the office and sent me a termination email on the basis of insubordinate that very night.

Is not acknowledging the something which is not correct and which I am not agree with or haven't done, an insubordinate?

Does he have that authority just because he is an HR, to fire anyone just like that??

Whom should I approach for help?

I am new here in this company so I really don't have any idea whom should I approach for help and I don't even have that senior HR's contact no. or mail id. Her name is Anamika.

Can they terminate anyone without adding any senior or other officials while terminating a employee through email? In that termination email, he didn't cced anyone. It was only me. Sent from his id and sent to me only, no one in the cc list. Is this termination legally right or void?

There is a lady working in Gurgaon Convergys as a Trainer for EE process. She Her name is Nancy Kalra. I was taking training under her and after training I was moved to floor as CSA. Incidently my husband got a transfer to Chandigarh and I had to move from Gurgaon with Family. I told her everythg and asked her that how I can proced further systematically. Coz I had a genuine reason and I never wanted to leave on bad note without informing. However many employees suggested me to do so. But I decided move on in good terms ith full approval. After that she told me that I should not tell any body on floor or HR or any other senior for thhis coz she will arrange a transfer for me in chandigarh Convergys. And I kept silent. Acctually she was manipulating me for her benefit. She just wanted her scoring as a trainer to go smoothly and that is why she stopped me and said she will take care of everything. She cheated me and misguided me. I left after telling my TL coz many days went and I couldnt see any revert from her side. And then she said why you informed your TL. And scolded me. She asked to leave and I will get my salary, she has informed everything to HR. And things are smooth. But I never got my complete months salary in my account and when I cald them up they said it is not credited coz I have not served my notice. But it is not true. It is jus becoz misguidance of that Lady nancy Kalra. Pls help me. I want to lodge a complaint against her. I stopped working in july 2015. I want my salary and I want her terminated from job. I have done night shifts after a leaving a 3 year old kid at home, And this is what she has done to me. This is her email id nancy.[protected]@convergys .com

Kartika you have written this really that too for nancy... This shows that hw greedy you are for money and that show your level. Company will not work according to u. Im from the same batch as she and i knw nancy very well she is one of the best trainer in convergys. I think you are out of money thats why you are raising this issue after so long time its ok if you need mony dont get to this cheap level.nothing gonna happen with this bcoz all know hw nancy is but no body know hw greedy poor and cheap you are.

Convergys has a shift timing of 10hrs in which they have 30 mins pre and post shift buffer for cab reporting. There pick up was supposed to schedule 2hrs earlier which they have now made it 2:30 hrs before the actual reporting excluding the buffer time. Now because of heavy rainfall, any event and traffic they change pick up time 3 hrs before the reporting time which is totally a case of harassment. Does it justifies that after 10 hrs of...

It is a very shameful behaviour I have faced from convergys HR team.. even though a person is not willing to work, then also the HR was trying to know answers which are not relevant to his job. It is a very unprofessional behaviour from HR team of Convergys. I Received a call from HR team of convergys, he asked "are you looking for job", I said no.. than I was being asked by same HR.. "where are you working". Received another call from HR team of convergys, another HR "Manish".. he directly asked me "where are you working". I said I am not looking for job and I don't have to tell you that where I m working. Then this guy asked me.. "Arey yaar, I am just asking you that where are you working" Next day I received another call from another HR of convergys, Devyani, with whom I shared the whole scenario. I requested her to provide me the email address of higher authorities, to which she wrote me a text.. "Do one thing, upload your CV and mention that not looking for job in convergys" This is a shameful act... I think HR should know that they are representing the company. I highly recommend people not to work with such a company. And should raise voice against these incidences.

I joined convergys on Dec-5-2014 & was committed to work there for a long period. Unfortunately i was terminated on Mar-15-2015 because of the careless of team manager. Though it was not a mistake from my end, I was punished. This company screwed up my life by wasting more than 90 precious days. Managers of this company are heartless, shameless, careless etc. These kind of companies must be shut completely.

A TL named Krishna Jha cheated me with my IPL ticket which I earned on the work floor as a top performer. He was supposed to deliver my IPL ticket at CST station as discussed before. But instead he sold my ticket to one of his close friends, lying ang deceiving The situation was discussed further with the HR, but they were not too keen to resolve the issue as management was included, rather they were more concerned about not spoiling the name of this fake company Convergys. Like management, even HR's are of no use in Conversys. Everytime they fail to deliver, they fail to do the right thing, proving Convergys is full of fake people carring a fake impression. I strongly believe that the right decision should be a termination of such TLs, which any good company would accept and do. Its a shame for Convergys, not being able to respect women, not being able to rightly resolve issues, cheating and lying on their own employees. The purpose of putting this up is to make you guys aware of such cheats and I'll always pray that such things never happen to anyone.me, making me wait for several hours alone in the midst of CST station crowd. And as if it was not enough, he also dared to turn off his mobile phone at the last moment to avoid contact and run from the situation, while I kept calling him continiously for my ticket. Alone, dishearted, tears kept rolling out of my eyes when a policeman came to my rescue. I explained the situation to him and he rightly said that whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceived to deliver any property to any person qualifies to be a 420 cheat and people need to be aware of such cheats.After launcing a complaint, controlling my emotions I backed home preparing an email to Glen Pimenta, Director of Convergys Thane, explaining the same. I was shocked and broken, all I could do was cry. How can a Convergys TL be such a irresponsible 420 cheat?!?

Dear Sir/Madam I am really sorry to say but it is shocking to see that such a big company show up with such a behaviour which is not acceptable at all. I, applied for CA Industrial training in your company and also got the call from the company that I got selected for that post. Like everyone I was happy and very pleased to know that. But later on the same day in the eve I got to know that still the approval from the HR department is pending which means that my appointment was still on hold. The next day I got to know that the approval is still on hold because of non availability of cab at my location. If the procedure for the final appointment was still pending at your side you should not give false information to the applicant. It does not look good coming from such a big company. . I had also informed by principle about it and now what reputation will I hold in my current office. In future Firstly complete your internal procedures and then inform the applicant. I have opted to withdraw PF on Aug 23 2014, I have submitted the required cheque, signed the relavant docs on the same day (Around 7.00pm). Last month I had followed up with HR dept via call regarding the status of the PF withdrawal, I was informed it is with Convergys Goregaon branch for processing. As per my knowledge PF withdrawal should have been completed in 3 months. My colleague who worked in Convergys and now in current company, had opted for PF withdrawal much later after I did, she even got the money few days back. Recently I had called the HR number, and still got the same responce that it is with Convergys Goregaon branch for processing. The Convergys HR number will be: [protected] Today I was informed to contact some board number of Convergys on the below number, stating they will be able to help me, Even after multiple trials, there is no response from that number. HI, This is Saurabh Sharma. I want to share the incident that was happened with me .I had given interview interview for EPS process in Convergys on 2nd July. I got selected, as i cleared all the rounds. after that, my recruiter( Mis.Shehnaz) told me I can go on 17 July to get an offer letter for EPS batch. On 17 th July, I went to Convergyes, Unitech Cyper park, Huda City Center, where I was again got interviewed by giving online exams as HR told me that its a procedure . After that, They provided me LOI as tentative date of 26September 2014. As i was very worried about my present job and EPS job as well.. I confirmed it with the HR ( Mis. Neha Chudiyal )multiple time like Can i resign from my current Company?She, without any hesitation, said that you can go ahead and can do it. I resgined from my Current Company ( HCL Technologies -IOMC) and served 2 months Notice Period. And as soon as my notice period was about to over, i came to know that september batch got postponed. I was in touch with my recruiter HR ( Mis.Shehnaz ), I confirmed all the things from them again. I was in touch with my recruiter and HR as well after my sepration with HCL. Then, after few days, I recieve call from Shikha ( Another HR from Convergys), She confirmed me saying as per there is no uppcoming bacth for EPS this year, there is an option for you that you can go for MS office 365. I was in tension because my future was concerned, as i didnt have any job, and there was no EPS bacth for next 4-5 months, So, i think to join Office 365. I confirmed Shehnaz that i am ready to join OFfice 365 . She told that you can go Convergys Office ( Huda City Centre ) and can collect offer letter. I went there on 15 Oct, to collect my offer letter, But i was shocked when i came to know that I have to gave my Online test again ( which was never in mind ) . after that, Neha gave me offer letter docs to fill the offer letter . But in between, she said that you need to again go through operations round ( i was surprised that why i am getting interviewed again as i had already cleared all the rounds earlier ) the excuse /reason that was provided by Neha was It would be more than difference of 3 months as the date of LOI was provided to you and the OFFice 365 bacth is coming up. And Mr.Rana took my interview again and i came to know from Neha that now, I haven't cleared my Operational round.. (I do have a copy of LOI and all Coversation Voice recording done with NEha and Shehnaz) Now, i have one question from you 1) When i was already got selected, there was no batch from their end ( Convergys / Microsoft ), Its Compnay fault Not mine. then why I am suffering from it ? 2) They have given me lot of mental harassment..
