Hi, My name is Vijay Verma. I worked with Convergys (Pune) for 1 year. I resigned on 04 Nov'12. I applied for my P.F in April. The documents were sent to Convergys (Gurgaon, Head Office). Then, it was sent to P.F office in Gurgaon. The form was submitted in June 2013 in the Gurgaon P.F office. I waited for my P.F to come in my bank account. My P.F account number is GN/GGN/0025204/00000/84887. When I check the status online, it says as mentioned below: "STATUS for Member ID: GNGGN[protected] Claim ID : GNGGN[protected] Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process. Claim ID : GNGGN[protected] Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN[protected] has been rejected. hi, my name is Nooruddin from bangalore this mail to bring in notice to you that my pf money has been deposited into a wrong bank account. when i tried to get some information from pf office i was told to call my employer and when i did the same with my employer they were blaming pf office. i did every which im suppose to do get my money from pf office or my employer i could not get a proper response from them can you help me to get my money please. I want to share few things about Convergys. It is a good company but few people on the senior level(HR, Operations)are not working professionally in Gurgaon. This is the reason the attrition rate is very high and growth rate is going down. I am very happy with the training management but not happy with the people in Operations and specially HR.

Convergys gurgaon is a place to work for, why? Because i have worked for this company. There is team leader by the mohinder singh who is nothing but a s. O. B (If you know what i mean).in order to keep your job you have to kiss his a this company is full of insecure a*h*. hello, i have devoted 5yrs in Convergys gurgaon.. i have been a performer in my team.. one pdd day my manager Siddharth Gupta, called me for Hr session, he passed a termination letter to me, when i asked for the clarification, he allegedly put 1000 o[censored]nreasonable blame on me.. i want compensation of job, stress, humility..this incident happend on 09/09/2013.....

I am Amjad S. Khan and I left Convergys Pune in year 2010 and since then, I am attempting for the widrawal of my Provident fund but it gets rejected.
I am applying for the provident fund through Convergys and they forward it to the PF office,
In all 3 times the PF widrawal has been rejected and I am not been informed the reason for rejection.
when I check the EPF government website it states that the PF request has been rejected and a letter with a the rejection reason has been dispatched or will be dispatched, But haven't received any letter from the PF office stating the reason of rejection.
Plz some one look into this matter and assist me further in this case. Convergys PF # HRGGN[protected]

Note :- I also contacted the HR of convergys and they do not know the reason for rejection and they convence to fill in a another fresh request...

I Jayesh M. Narvekar worked for more than 5 years in convergys Thane. I changed my job in the month of April 2011 and completed all my exit formalities and submitted my pf form in my organization in the month of September 2011 as per convergys hr process requirement. But my head office was in gurgaon and they have not submitted my form yet to the government officials. As I badly need my money and till this time I should have received it but due to negligence of convergys HR I have to face lot of problems. Their laziness and bad attitude towards their employees caused lot of suffering for me.
As those people are not at all employee friendly I need your help. I also spoke with hr direct in convergys and they said they have received my document in the month of september only but they have not forwarded to pf office till date. When I asked reasons answer was PF office asked them to submit it in the month of Jan 2012. In other word PF office asked Convergys to wait from Sep 2011 to Jan 2012. They gave me a different number for further details ([protected]). When I called up on the same number they listen to me and kept me on hold and then no response. At times I was on hold for half an hour also and it happened many times. And this is happening with me all the time.

To get my provident fund on time is my basic right and that is my money so I want it back at the earliest.

I am a resident of kurukshetra and had worked for Convergys India services, Atria Building from dec 05 to Feb 08, I had to leave the job due to a family emergency and was not able to serve the company with a notice period. My emp Id in the company was[protected], Now what happened is that the company is not giving me any way to get my PF clearence. I m in deep trouble as i m in need of money. Please help me to get my PF.

Convergys India has not been giving employee PF money for the last 3 years. I worked with Convergys India at hyderabad for 5.5 years and resigned 2.5 years back. With a lot of followup and by sumitting every possible form, till date convergys india is not helping their x-employees in giving their own PF money. When checked with PF office, they have confirmed that no transfer has been initiated by Convergys India. I would want to log a complain about convergys scam on employee PF money. When an employee resigns, it becomes the responsibility of an organization to ensure that PF funds are transffered once the required forms are submitted. Like its, its been 2.5 years and till date convergys india does not communicate or help in getting my own PF money.

I , Radhika Ramaswami, an ex-employee of Convergys India Pvt Ltd , have submitted the PF form for withdrawal in May 2010. The PF No - HR/GGN/25204/66170 and acknowledgement of the same has been given on 30th aug 2010. It is over 100 days now and I still have not got the settlement amount.
Some action has to be taken for the delay and interest should be given on the same

I've joined Convergys in Sep,10 in Optus process. I had cleared interviews and training period. During my nesting periiod I took for 3 days because of mouth & thought ulsar and trainer (Shirin Mahi) promised that this period will be extended when i'll rejoin.
Now when i'v rejoined, she is saying my process will be changed but not given any reason. It's been 15 days that I am sitting Idle at home.
I am not getting any response from anyone in convergys. I called my trainer yesterday she is sayinf I'll not even get salary.
I am a responsible person in my family and can't manage without salary. I've left my previous job because of Convergys.

Please help me

I have not received my PF yet. My company had send the request on 9th Dec 2009. Have tried calling the PF dept many times. Their number is always busy. I was able to connect once and i was told that it will take a month more. Now already 2 months have passed and still i have not received the PF amount.

I have applied to withdraw my PF in Septembe'09 , i have also got an acknowledment frorm PF office that it has been approved however i am still waiting for amout to be transferred in my bank account. I must have called million times to PF office however i never get the reply.

This is regarding my nightmare experiences withConvergys India Pvt Ltd,Divyashree towers bangalore to get my PF money transfered to my bankaccount.I left converys on 1st June 2005 and i was a valued employee.I've received a power one card from Jaspreet Oberoi,the then Operations Head for Bangalore in his handwriting appreciating my initiatives and i am struggling with the HR team to get my PF done for the last 5 years.My Employee id last 4 digits -2330 and name Aswathi.C.K.Ive joined them on 1/19/2004.

I applied for PF in June 2005,2006,2007,2008,2009,2010 and they transferred my calls from pillar to post,post to pillar,to bangalore,gurgoan back and forth,forth and back.This was before they launch HR direct and i used to get pep talk from Venkat in HR dept bangalore whenever i ask about my PF.

I starting tracking the calls and visits i made to this office off late as they have been asking me to resubmit my forms as they lost it,hr person left the job,we dont know where your form is,backlog from Gurgoan PF office and the story continues.

My recent attempts to get the pf is as follows

1)25th feb 2010 evening 5.30 indian time i went to convergys office and handover my documents to Mr.Jaffer,HR guy .He has properly checked my documents and asked me to call later as there is huge backlog in pf office gurgoan.
2)Ist march 2010 evening 7.00 ISD ,i've spoken to bala from HR direct and he said he will let me know the status after march 15
3)24th may 2010 evening 9.15 ,ISD ive spoken to Shoiab from HR direct and he said he has no idea about my PF.I asked for a supervisor and ive spoken to one sibi,the same lady who has promised me call back a year or two and has no courtesy to call back .All they do is their standard verbal diarreah --''i understand your concern however "'She too has no idea about my pf status.We slog our way hard in the company and once we leave these companies they make you go through the Nazi concentration camp experience.

I told Sibi,the supervisor that I want to get my pf from them or else i will send a legal notice and without taking any responsibility-she said you can go ahead,you have all the right to do.
I really wonder what kind of business these jokers succeed without burning their conscience.

I resigned from the company in july 2010 & the HR told that they have got the confirmation from the PF office & i would be getting the pf in the month of feb 2010 howvever its now april 2010 i haven't got my pf debited in my account.Please look in to this matter & the needful.

I have not yet received my pf for which i have already ran from pillar to post and it was applied in 2005 .......maybe this is the way that the profit of the company is calculated as they are not ready to give the pf to thier employees and come up with different ways and reason ...when i called HR they disconnected the call.........it is almost 5 years thier still processing my pf i am just fedup and given up hopes

I left my last company Convergys India Pvt Ltd on March 12, 2009 and joined HCL Comnet on March 23, 2009.

HCL Comnet submitted the PF Transfere form on June 10, 2009 and since then my PF is transfered.

According to RPFC the PF should be transfered with in 90 days and it is 90 days.

Please let me know what should i do.

My name is Samit Chakraborty I was working with Convergys India Pvt ltd. Thane Mumbai, I left the organization on 22nd June 2009 as per the company Policy every employee should serve a notice period of 30 days before leaving the organization I gave my notice to the company on 22nd of May 2009 to my supervisor and my last day of my notice period was 22nd of June. while serving the notice period i have taken leaves of 4 days. My supervisor marked that leave as PTO (paid time of). while leaving the organization i completed all the required formalities and i was supposed to get my outstanding within 45 days from the last date of my notice period. That time they hasn't given any documents HR Told me that within 45 days they will clear my outstanding and provide me the release letter. After 45 days when i called them up to clear my outstanding they are saying that you haven't served the notice period hence they have deducted the whole salary. Trust me its a hard earned money and I am feeling like i have been cheated by the company and i don't know what to do at the moment. Plz do something.
