Hi
Infra items which included shoes, helmet and reflector jacket were issued to me in March without my consent.
These items were supposed to be used during work in field.
I was relieved from the payroll on 31st July 2021 and unfortunately Rs. 1485 was deducted from my FnF without any justification against these perishable items.
I also offered to return these items but it was not considered.
My concern is...

My concern is when these items had to be returned then why these were issued without employee consent.
If I was informed about the return of these perishable items I would not have accepted.
Please reimburse the deducted amount of Rs 1485

Hii.
Myself amit rawat emp code a2505 .My last working day was 20 july in ericsson project. Today date 9 oct till n0w my f&f not cleared. Last mail i recieved they said ur amount will pay in oct 1st week. But now no one response my call nd not revert my mail. So tell me what can i do.
If nr manager see this complain please help me..
My total due amount as discussed finance department 14700 rupees.

The above organisation has settled my account after my resignation and every clearance and confirmed through mail to me about the my outstanding amount on the organisation.
As, per his confirmation the outstanding amount is 21, 906 /-INR which to be paid to me after sending the Signed Pre- Receipt Format.I have already completed all the Formalities asked by them.
They have confirmed about all the amount and cheque details which has to be paid by them to me but still no any cheque is received in my account.
After continous follow up they are not supposed to give a single reply, and also not picking up the calls, which shows the intention not to pay the same amount,
so i would like to request you to necessary action.

Hi, I have bought similac advance stage 1 on September 1st at Parvati hospital, vikrampuri, Hyderabad . The new born was fed with similac for first 1 week . After that I have used it intermittently . After 2 weeks, the formula milk started becoming grey upon mixing and child had loose motions after which I stopped using your product . Such things cannot happen to a new born child . Kindly revert back

Hi, This is Gopal Ji keshri and i got the Offer Letter from NR Switch and Radio Services to join as a Project Manger Delhi on 12th of April-14. But they had some conditions that if i will join the company then i had to purchase a Laptop, an internet connection and had to submit 35000/- cheque as a security money in the favor of company for security purpose. And company will provide me 1200/- for Laptop monthly and 500/- for Internet monthly. On the basis of these things i purchased my Laptop of the cost of 52000/-( Windows 8 Dell ) and taken a connection of Internet dongle. I joined the company on 21st of April-14. After joining the company i came to know that this company is not providing Employees Local Conveyance and salaries properly and every employee who were reporting to me was complaining me about their money and was requesting about the same to provide them asap. I talked and requested to the Director and DGM BD of the company Mr.RC Ralhan ( Mb. No. [protected]) and Mr. Piyush Ralhan ( Mb. No. [protected] ) and they given me commitment to resolve this issue asap but after few days they didn't that and again i requested them but this time they said to me you give me business and i will give you money, without money i not going pay salary to any body in this company. After knowing this thing i resigned on 7th of May-14 in the company. After sending my resignation nobody taken any action on this nor i received any response from the company that they are accepting my resignation or not. I stopped to go to the office from the next day of resignation. After some day i called to the HR of the company and asked about the status of my mail but she said that it will take 3 months to make final settlement and we will deduct the money from your salary because you have not followed the notice period. I said i have sent multiple reminders to the company's HR department and Director to reply me but nobody is giving any response from the company side. I want to let you know that it is not written anywhere in my Offer Letter that final settlement will take three months time after resignation but still i waited till 8th of Aug-14. Now its completed four months and thee are not paying me my money nor giving me any response even i am calling them on daily basis. Please help to resolve this issue asap and provide me my full money. I am in a very critical condition and I needed this money very much. I have all the proofs of these information and i can submit all the documents when it will required. Money Details are below:- Monthly Salary-45000/- Worked 17 days- 25500/- Laptop Purchased-52000/- Internet monthly charge-500/- Mobile Bill-1500/- Petrol and conveyance charges-2000/- Interest of non paying amount till now on total amount I am expecting a better result from Consumer Forum. I have submitted my complete kit still they are saying some items are missing rather i have sent the scan copies of receiving.Still They are not clearing my full n final salary . When I call a very bad response is given . They are all *^#$#&#%#&##(@.

Can Anyone suggest the worst i can do to them.

I'd a tennure with NR Switch N Radio Services during the period 04th October 2008 to 19th September 2009. As per company's policy, I'd served a notice period of 7 days after my resignation. But, still the company is not giving me F&F settlement after several follow ups. Company has to give me salary for 19 days (1st Sep 2009 to 19th Sep 2009). My employee code with company was S211.

Kindly help me in this regards.
