Convergys India — marked as negative even after buying out the notice period

Hi team, i worked with convergys india, pune, from 21 january 2014 till 14 september 2015. I resigned and served notice for 3 days and as i had join another company, i paid rs. 21000 approx. To buy out my remaining notice period. I resigned because the process was about to ramp down and it would have gone at anytime. Now, when i am joining anlther companies, my background verification is failing as convergys india shows my remark as negative even after buying out notice. Please help, its distroying my career.
