Convergys India — pf delayed, hr not responsive

I had left convergys on 18 may 2016 because i had not received my salary since i was being moved from bhayendar branch to thane branch, when i asked hr (Jiji pillay) on 1st of may that why i have not received my salary she said it would the bhayendar branch and not thane branch thou i was working in thane branch as waiting for 18 days and not getting the proper response from her as she said on 18th may 2016 (I dont know) upon asking her when i would get my salary after keeping a follow up with her for 18 days, i left with out taking a salary // now as on 04th of september 2018 i have being asking them to help me to with my pf for a very long time, jiji pillay was answering to my mails for a while untill she left the organisation, now when i called them after updating my aadhaar and kyc details there is no one who answers on the number that is there on the google apart from that they had answered once for while she was in such a hurry to keep the phone and gave me an email id of abhishek khopar but he does not respond after repeatative attemps... They said before come between 1 to 5 on friday i took a leave from my current job and went there upon arrival they said come between 1 to 3 on wenesday, which i did not go but asked one of my friend who is working he said that anhishek khopar comes at 4 (So why are they asking to come between 1 to 3) including hr head malikaa gupta has not being helpful in this matter kindly help me as it is my priority to have my pf which i need for my personal reasons... Thank you i just hope this takes me some where i have all the emails but i have attached 5 screen shots of email that i had sent them, even their portal hr.
