Convergys India — pf transfer

Hi team,

I am trilochana bharadwaj writing to seek your help in my pf transfer issue. I'm an ex convergys employye, my emp id was[protected] .
I've requested for a pf transfer from convergys my current employer hcl technologies in june, 2017 and my current employer has confirmed that the request has been processed from their end in 8th aug'17, ever since it is pending with convergys, my pf has not been transferred/credited yet and there is no notification, it's been more than a year now.

Also, it's been more than 5years i've left convergys and i've heard the company has moved. Currently i don't have information about the contact details of convergys.

My pf account no.in convergys is hr/ggn/25204/84097. Request you to look into the matter on a priority basis. Looking forward to your cooperation.
