Convergys India — school not providing us admit card

My school st joseph convent girl school is not providing us with admit card and they have stated that they will continue to give retest it the student fail to score 60% in the pre boar 1 and pre board 2 due to this only toppers are exempted from giving retest rest all have to give teachers are failing kids by 2-3 marks and 40 out of 60 students are giving retest
We now want to prepare for boards not for school retest
