From Facebook ad, I order kurthi from the site www.coolgirly.com. but I got used old saree. I tried to call them but no number in their website. I searched for number in Google and called him. They said they will not refund my money and scold in bad words for ask to return the amount. Please don't order anything in this website. I put comment in Facebook ad, but they are deleting comments. I want my cash I ordered one gown in 650 and shipping charge 150 total 800. But I got an old saree . I called them but that number is not available. It is cheating. Please take an action on this site. They are cheating. Please help me

I want my cash back i ordered a dress of 750 n delivery charges 150 so total 900 . they sent a saree of smethng cost of 150 . fraud site
i ordered two kurtis from cool girly .com by seeing in facebook, they took 150rs for shipping but few days later they sent two old model sarees instead of kurtis by post .now how should i get my money back no customer care number is working, it is very bad and fraud
i ordered orange embroider saree worth 500 + shipping charge 200 rs total 700 rs..., but they delivered old worst 100 rs saree... its fake..., i need my money back... otherwise i will take action against cool girly with the help of consumer service help center... u did very wrong Mister or Miss

Same happens to me also I buy a gown from cool girly ads on Facebook worth RS 650 and shipping charges 150 RS but they send me a old used sarri and they are refusing to refund money plz take some against this fraud I want my money back
