I gave my products no. 14525 and 15360 with cool girly online shopping but i am yet to receive the same. I feel that it is a fake website and would like to get refund from the website. I would also like to tell everybody not to buy anything from this site. My solemn request to the consumer site is to kindly make this site a closed one and also make efforts to get back the refunds which are due....

Now no any clue how to refund money. Also his trick that parcel send through post. Post department r not ready listencfor any complain.

Cool girls - clothing website kept on appearing on my mobile while playing candy crush and i downloaded the app. There are beautiful dresses, lehangas and maxi's etc but quoted at very low price of rs.450 and rs.550/-

I order dress in coolgirly online shopping site, but i received old saree which is used.on Google and so i found a mobile no. I called on that no. A guy picked up the call claiming he is customer service associate working at cool girly.
He said i ll get my refund amount in Google pay account for which i need to fill in a form and while I was filling in the form i found one of the question as fill in ur UPI details.

From Facebook ad, I order kurthi from the site www.coolgirly.com. but I got used old saree. I tried to call them but no number in their website. I searched for number in Google and called him. They said they will not refund my money and scold in bad words for ask to return the amount. Please don't order anything in this website. I put comment in Facebook ad, but they are deleting comments. Not only mine but also others. Fraud dogs.....
