Cool Trip — cool trip is fake company and hide all information before paid

I found this ad in naukri as a per time job. And when i contact this no which is mentioned ([protected]), the person said this is ad posting job and after so many request and asking he share his name as shiva prasad.
After the conversation when i transfer rs1400 in his paytm account, he ask me to do marketing for cool trip with my personal mobile no and email id and handle the customer if you get any return call. If there is any positive response then u will paid. What kind of ad posting job it is.

I need the solution. Please help me.
