Coolpad India — After 45 days coolpad mobile could not reapred at service center/no resposce of email from cusomer care center | |||
I purchased a coolpad note3 lite mobile invoice no ka-blr[protected] online from amazon.in. After use the hand set, in one month it charging connectore issue was found and data port was not functioning properly. I deposit the same to the coolpad india authorized service centre at pixma infotech at dibrugharh, assam vide jobsheet no: Js[protected] dated 18th july 2016, imei no: [protected], It is almost 45 days time has been passed but mobile is still un-sevicible at service centre and i contact several time at service center and also contact at customer care cente. The execuve tolled that spare part not available. I am low income employee hence it is not possible me to purchase another mobile. Neither i have second mobile. Therefor it is requested to the authority that if company is not capable to provide the spare parts or, provide prompt service to the customers they should replace the hand set with new to maintain company goodwill. . i was buying a phone coolpad nate 3. phone was damage received from amazon, then I call to customer care amazon then he saying, this is not our product we are only deliver your product, you are taik to coolpad servive center.after 15 days when i was going to service center he saying this is damage and repair charge is Rs 850.
