Coolpad India — cell phone handset "dead" | |||||
My cellphone coolpad note-3 plus purchased online on 20th sept.2016 through amazon has suddenly went "dead" on 24th september 2017. It was shown to two mobile servicing agencies in order to detect the problem but they are unable to detect. There's no authorised coolpad cellphone service station at the place of my stay - bhiwani, haryana. Please suggest where should i get my cellphone checked to get the problem resolved. Iam using coolpad note 5 since 9 months.a few days horizontal lines appeared all over the screen and vanished when i reset the phone.but they are appearing again and again now.when i reset it again it will ok for 2-3 days but again the horizontal lines appears all of sudden. i cannot see anything on the screen.please fix this problem
